Pros: Very portable, large 6 line easy to read display, auto dimming display, push button selection Cons: Suction cup mounting, bulky size, unit runs hot, limited FM selection

Nice unit - with a few flaws
by stbeeler ,Dec 30 '04
Pros: portability, ease of use, remote control Cons: limited FM transmitter frequency range
I love Sirius radio. This JVC unit is very nice and can easily be used in the home, car, office, etc. My only real problem with it so far is the limited frequency range for the built-in FM transmitter. If you live in a populated area with many stations on the FM dial in the 98-99.8 range, it can be hard to find an unused frequency through which to broadcast your JVC radio to your car stereo. The unit also does get very hot after playing for an hour or more. Despite these issues, I am very happy with my purchase.
