Horrible appliance

Pros: none
Cons: flimsy construction, poor service, warranty that is not honoured
Touch pad buttons stop working once a month. Need to unscrew/unplug and re-plug board for it to work again.

Was told that warranty is parts only after 2 years while warranty card clearly states that parts and labor covered for 5 years. Faxed warranty card twice only to be told I am "mis-interpreting" information.

Recently handle broke too. NOT A HIGH OR EVEN A MEDIUM END APPLIANCE.

Service people argue and call you a liar.
