Pros: Price, clarity of sound Cons: Limited bass response, a bit brassy with music.
I bought a pair for $20 at Bestbuy to tide me over until I could get some "good" speakers for our home theater. They were replacing a pair of ancient 10" 3 way speakers that sat on the floor and which my wife wanted to get rid of (due to taking up too ...

Pros: price, midrange sound Cons: bass, tweeter, imaging

Great Little Speakers
by cmoran7 ,Nov 08 '03
Pros: Small, fit anywhere. Stylish, Great sound. Cons: None, unless your after massive bass.
I bought these for their price and size and I was really surprised by their sound. Yes, you can't crank them all the way up but under normal volumes they sound great. For any small to medium size room these speakers are perfect. Best Buy often advertises these for around $20. If you have a smaller room or just need a second set of speakers to add to your system these fit the bill.

Great bookshelf speakers
by jmc980 ,Sep 07 '04
Pros: Great sound, easily mountable, good for front and back. Cons: Bass is a little weak for most but it is accurate.
Originally I bought these to replace some tiny cube speaker that I bought in an all-in-one system. They worked great as main front speakers.
Nowadays though I use them for my surround speakers in my 5.1 system, but they still work great. They're big enough to pump out noticeable bass, and they're small enough for me to hang on my walls. They also have great accuracy. And when I paired them with big KLH floorstanding models they sound wonderful. A great value buy.
