Faulty machine plus customer service nightmare

Pros: Sears Service technicians seem to be competent.
Cons: This dishwasher did not clean dishes adequately. We had two instances of leaking.

Pros: Quiet, Good warranty, Good professional service
Cons: Doesn't clean, faulty sealing rings, Poor design.

Pros: Good for first year.
Cons: Broke right after warranty expired.

Summary: Dishwasher was a champ for first year - quiet, cleaned everything even without pre-rinsing; great features. 6 weeks after 1 year general warranty expired, the heater circuit has broken and needs repaired. Repair service call is $55 for diagnosis

Cons: No separate dry cycle, sheet pans block soap door from releasing blocks of soap.
