Low Noise Level, not completely quiet
by jeanine123 ,Dec 26 '06
Pros: Quiet sound. Well insulated!! Looks good. Cons: Smells.Wide Tines.Uses too much rinse agent. Bad Control Panel.
I bought it with Quiet in Mind. Cost was of no concern, I wanted the "BEST" Sears had to offer! You can still hear it run and hold a conversation. It would not switch to extra heat cycle. So repair tech came out, within the first week & ordered one. I bought this machine on Nov 11th, the part will not be shipped until Jan 27th!!!!(Not Good). It runs thru the rinse agent too fast and leaves a rundown residual. Does not completely dry and holds water in the bottom. While running it smell of something like burning rubber. I was told by Sears to call the Lemon Law # and get it replaced! What a hassle!! And I discovered the bottom racks tines are too wide apart! Least I say more????? I can !! I am not too happy!
