KitchenAid KUDS24SE Built-in Dishwasher
by toastguy ,Sep 12 '06
Pros: Cleans great
Quiet
Cons: Upper spray level hose melted, or deteriorated after 5 years
I agree with everything the previous reviewer said.
This is the best dishwasher I have owned.
It replaced a previously leaking Frigidaire.
It has many cycles, but the only one we use is Short Wash
and Energy Saver Dry, and that does the job very well.
So we probably could have gotten the cheaper model with less wash options.
We did have one small problem, that I easily fixed.
The hose on top rack deteriorated, so I had to replace it.
I just went to Home Depot and bought a 7 3/4" inch length of string reinforced water hose for about $2.00 It worked great, and was cheaper than the $10 or so for the replacement part.
