Pros: Bakes and browns well and evenly, holds heat well
Cons: Heavy and expensive

Pros: Easy to use, easy to clean. Made the best waffles we've ever had. Once.
Cons: KitchenAid's warranty support was abysmal, and I won't be buying any more Pro Line appliances.
