Don't buy LG!
by lineman40 ,Feb 16 '08
Pros: Decent picture at first Cons: Reliability sucks! LG service sucks!
I bought this TV two years ago. Recently, we started seeing blue shading at the bottom of the screen. I called Paradyme, the dealer, and they said it sounded like a bad light engine. Estimated repairs are around $600!!!! Read up on the net... the little brother to this TV has more of the same. This problem is common on these sets and LG refuses to do anything. After doing some research, I found that people who did get the repair done experienced the same problem again only a short time later. They were sold under LG and Zenith brands.
