Pros: great price for a multifunction printer Cons: broke down, uninstall a hassle
Look and Feel ----------------- The Lexmark All in one defiantly looks sleek. It is slightly larger in length and width than a normal printer to accommodate the scanner, but I managed to squeeze it underneath my desk on a shelf. The top part of ...
Pros: Very quiet, nice size, good quality. Cons: No USB cord of course!
I am not a great writer, I just enjoy sharing my opinions of products I buy with others. And I come here to get other opinions as well before I buy a product. I came here looking for reviews on scanners when mine went out a few days ago and I was getti ...
Pros: The scanner actually functions Cons: Too many to list
I signed up at epinions just to say how horrible this thing is, and hopefully to spare someone the aggravation that I've gone through. My Mother purchased this all-in-one for me for x-mas a year ago, in 2003. All the specs were there; copy scan and ...
Pros: Scan quality, ease of use, b/w print quality Cons: not a stand-alone copier, high quality printing sub-par
Got this unit bundled with a computer about 11 months ago. I like to wait to write reviews and tell the whole story of the unit I review, if possible. Here are my thoughts, in no particular order: General B/W print quality: This unit is typical ...
Pros: It looks nice sitting on a desk. Cons: Requires a computer, outrageous ink prices, horrible prints.
I honestly don't know what else to say... this is by far the worst excuse for an all-in-one that I've ever used. What about the good points? There are no good points. This machine is awful in every way imaginable. First of all, and worst of ...
Pros: It powers up, and looks nice. Cons: A laundry list! Please read my review!!
The Lexmark name is SUPPOSED to be synonymous with quality. No so with the X1150. The laundry list of features that this piece is supposedly loaded with is exceeded only by the even greater laundry list of it's malfunctions. The ...
Pros: Prints great..even on photo paper. All functions easy to use. Cons: I really don't have any complaints
The kids gave me one of these for Christmas, and it worked great until just a few days ago...the black cartridge quit working. After trying all I could think of, I called the Lexmark 800 number. I was hooked up to a live tech within 1 minute, and he ...
Pros: Price, print quality, scan quality, ease of use, style (looks very good) Cons: Need to buy black ink and USB cable
I had been eying this unit from Target for a few months. Initially I saw it on sale for $50. Then it was marked down to $44. Finally I saw the last unit (new and unopened) for $25. I decided that even it turned out to be a lemon, for $25 I could take ...
Pros: software skins, decent output speed, not too bulky Cons: annoying software, horribly expensive ink, breaks easily
Sadly, I have been praying for this printer to break for the last year- and at the two year mark, like clockwork, it stopped working. The Lexmark X1150 is my third Lexmark printer, and my first all-in-one system from them. The decision to keep buying ...
Pros: Very Small For The Things It Can Do, One-touch buttons, Very Simple To Use Cons: Slower Printing Speed/Quality Than Regular Printers At This Price Range
I bought this all-in-one to use for my home. Setup was a breeze using the quick-start setup guide an ...
Pros: Easy to set up, quiet, software interface is easy to use Cons: Difficult to set up as a network printer for home network.
I picked this up on special at Target the day after Thanksgiving for only $49.95. Got it home and it was very easy to set up after I made an extra trip to pick up a usb cable. They really ought to say on the box that you need to buy a cable so you ...
Pros: Refillable ink cartridges and great print quality. Cons: You have to buy your own usb cable.
This printer is definitely the best printer I have ever had or bought for that matter. The print quality is great for pictures as well as copying and scanning. I have used it for more things then I ever thought possible. It is quiet and very easy to use. It was simple to install also. The best thing about it is that you can refill the ink cartridges. I have bought ink from pacificink.com for very little money and I have refilled my color cartridge twice already in six months and it still prints excellent. That was the biggest selling point for me. If you buy this printer you will not be disappointed.
Pros: Easy setup, good print quality, good SW Cons: Copy function doesn't work after less than 50 uses.
Easy to setup and prints in good quality. Scanner works well and the scanner SW is acceptable. However, the copy function no longer works and this printer is only about 9 months old. Doesn't hold much paper
Pros: Price, functions, scanning speed and ease of use. Cons: Paper handling.
For all of it's functions the price is great compared to what you would spend for a separate scanner and copy/printer. Plus it looks better than allot of the printers on the market. The size of the unit is also a plus very compact for all that it can do. Ink and cable were included with the price of my unit, so no complaints there.
Pros: Cheap, cheap, and cheap
Runs for a very long time Cons: Sometimes the driver doesn't install correctly
No USB cable
The best printer I have had. The ink is very cheap now, the software that comes with it for scanning is pretty nice. I would definitely recommend this for the student like-user. I have personally had it for like 3-4 years, no problems.
