Alright. As most sports gamers know, in 2006, EA Sports was the only company allowed to make an NFL football game. While Madden 2006 for the Xbox was not the worst thing that could've happened, it was a sign of worse things to come...namely Madden 2006 ...

This is a great game. You just have to give it TIME. Just out of the box this game feels disappointing and repetitive. HOwever, give it some time and you will find that you cant put it away. THe gameplay is just as good as it always has been, the controls have been tweaked a little bit to match the ESPN nfl 2k5 controls.

New Features:

-THe QB vision cone is just a way to make the game more difficult and realistic. It feels awkward at first, but once you are used to it, it is just fine.

-Precision passing is a great feature that implements more skill and decisionmaking into the passing game.

-Superstar mode is a fun way to spend some time casually playing madden. It is basically a franchise except it revolves around one player instead of an entire team.

-Truck stick really makes the running game more interesting and realistic.

Same Old Same old:

Quick play, franchise, season, minicamp, its all still there. Same great madden gameplay. Same great graphics.

It also has a great soundtrack.
