Magellan Did back this product by vegasrjr ,May 03 '05
Pros: They have a good and easily approachable service dept. Cons: None currently.

Well after dealing with a bad attitude tech , I got another rep that was great, they serviced the unit but not to any great change. Now as of today , they are sending a replacement. So I retract the bad review on condition that they made an effort to back their product. Thanks Magellan
