Pros: Everything Cons: I don't really see anything bad about this game
Mario Party 5 is for the GameCube. If you are like me and my Family who love the Mario Party Games you will like this one also. Mario Party five is a little different from the other 4 one is the capsules and Donkey Kong is longer a character you can ...
Pros: New characters, new boards,a few new games Cons: terrible colors, ugly boards, same games from previous mario parties
Mario party, originally released on the n64, was a great game. It was a completely new game idea, offering dozens of minigames and themed worlds/boards to play them on.Mario party 2 was even better than the first, offering even better games and ...
Pros: So many modes and games to keep a child AND adult entertained Cons: Have to unlock the mini-games before you can play them individually.
I bought this product after hearing it's layout of mini games. This purchase was for my 4 year old son and I must admit I was not optimistic of it holding his attention. I am pleased to say I was very wrong in my assumption. This game you are able to ...
Pros: -good graphics? Cons: -same exact thing for the 5th time
-where's donkey kong?
-cutsey levels.....*shudder*
This is the 5th Mario Party and the game style still hasn't changed. With a 6th one on the horizon, things are about to get ugly. Yes, yes, the graphics are great, and the game-play is very smooth, and the mini games are entertaining, but it's been done ...
Pros: Fun games, new characters Cons: Not as challenging as other Mario Party versions
Having played MP4, I was eager to see what differences (if any) MP5 had. There's still the same game board format, still mostly the same players (with the new arrival of Koopa Kid and Toad, the little guy with the squeaky voice and Mushroom Hat). Some of the side games are different (a separate board game where the goal is still collecting stars, another where you play ice hockey). The main difference in the Party Mode games is in how you obtain the items. Rather than collect coins and purchase items (like in MP4), you generally pass a gumball-like machine every 5-6 moves that dispenses "capsules" at no cost. The capsules contain items you need to help you win the game. Also, once a player collects a star, the "new location" is predictable and usually not that far from the last location, making MP5 not quite as challenging as MP4. Still lots of fun to be had, but given the option, I wouldn't "upgrade to MP5 if you have MP4.
On a side note, I hear MP6 is even more challenging- so if you're looking to get a new Mario Party, check that one out.
I think this game is very good. The graphics are good and there is a lot to do.I love Koopa Kid because since I can't use Bowser,Koopa Kid is the next best thing. My favorite modes are Super Duel Mode,Mini Game Mode, and Bonus Mode.I like everything about this game except Waluigi,he sucks! Other then that I love this game, well gotta go,my cat is biting my leg,By-ouch!!
