My brother bought the game, and I first scolded him for paying so much for some game. It turns out to be a very entertaining game. The solo mode is fun because you can earn "mini games" that you can play in another mode. So the more you earn, the more there are to choose from. The party mode is also very enjoyable. It's fun to compete against friends!


The new mic mode is also fun, but sometimes it didn't pick up my words...even when I spoke clearly. In solo mode, you earn "mini games" as you move on a game board.


You need to land on the "finish" mark with the exact number of spaced needed...if you go over, you lose ALL of the games and coins you won. That stinks after you play for a good hour or so.

Pros: Great new mini games. Love the Solo Mode.
Cons: Not really crazy about the Mic option.

Our entire family just loves Mario Party 6. The Party Game mode is great, but I absolutely love the Solo Mode. You can rack up huge amounts of stars and open new mini games in Solo Mode. The stars can then be used to buy great things in the Star Bank. The first thing we bought was the hidden world on the Party Mode.
This is the best Mario Party game yet.

It's like playing a board game only much much better. My roommates and I are completely hooked. When I first played the game I played with two people and the game was good, but it sucked having to watch the computer play, plus the computer intelligence was not as awesome as it could be. Playing against your friends makes it a more pleasurable experience, also I like how some of the games are chance and some are skill--it helps the learning curve for the mini games. Some people may not like the bonus's at the end, and they can be good or bad, but it's nice to have them so the "losers" still get a few awards. Plus, it encourages more active game play if everyone feels like they're a winner. Overall it's just a fun, great game for you and your friends.

I just love Mario Party games. This one is great too! The only thing I don't like is the minigames that are completely luck. Oh, and if you put the computer player on weak or normal, they tend to do Really bad in minigames. Speaking of minigames, MP6 has great ones!

Pros: Multi player game. Rated E for everyone. Affordable price.
