Cons: Hazard!
Only 1.5 year old, the cook top element switch got burned ! The cook top was impossible to switch off as it was continuing shorting out. It was not even ON when it had happened! Likely we were in the kitchen at that time and smelled that something is burning and were able pull out the plug. But if no body would be home, I can see it could be the fire hazard!!! The repair for the labor was 217 $ it was almost the 1/2 the original price of the new cook top (the warranty on labor had just expired on this cook top after 1 year).
