Cons: Poor component reliability; the plastic on the exterior is split and cracked; terrible customer service.

Summary: We got this microwave June 9th and it did not work. Maytag sent a repairman who had to order a major component. Long story short, Maytag now says part is not available until August 27th. Maytag's customer service is nothing short of a joke. I have
