Pros: Many new features. None essential.
Cons: Buggy system. At least my version.

Cons: Doesn't work with any version of WORD except 2003

Summary: Stand-alone upgrade from OL 2002 went smoothly, and the new UI is nice. But it's OL with Spambayes (a well-known freeware spam filter solution) built-in. Worse, when I went to write a letter to one of my contacts, I discovered that OL 2003 only works
