    Pros: NONE!
    Cons: Jams constantly. Very user UNfriendly. Expensive.

    Pros: Great copies, many options, sleep mode.
    Cons: Initial copy slow.

    Pros: Low cost (refurbished units) Easy to use Low cost of operation
    Cons: Sometimes difficult to connect print system since they are a few years old.

    Summary: Admittedly, as a dealer we are biased. But these have been very dependable for our customers. It sounds like the negative opinion expressed here reflects a possible lemon. That can happen, but it should not taint an otherwise great product. We have
