What has happened to Asus?

Pros: When it worked it was pretty good, except . . .
Cons: Except that it locked up every 15 minutes in DOS.
Long story short. I bought an Asus P4S333-VM motherboard because my son had great luck with a previous generation and because Asus gets good reviews on the internet.

The first board woudn't bootup so I had to bring it back. The second board worked ok for 8 months excpet it locked up all the time in DOS. It finally quit working all together.

Asus sent me a new board. It has exactly the same problems as the second board and doesnt work. I've tried three different versions of Windosw. In case your wondering, there's no COM2 and Windows can't find the modem.

I bought another board from another manufacture and everything is fine.

And Asus won't even answer my letter.
