Just coupled it with a 2.4GHz 533 and 512MB of the fastest DDR memory, result: Runs like a world champ with XP, faster websurfing with Win2k though.
Asus boards very seldom disapoint and this one is a strong performer coming with very useful features. A great investment!

The best Asus Boar I have owned, I use to be an AMD only man until I met this board and an Intel 2.26 processor with 533 frontside bus. Everyone tried to get me to go with the intel chipset and all the other bells and gadgets. But I didn't I got this basic down to earth screaming board. I can't complain its rock solid and stable. Thank you Asus and SIS Great Job

i upgraded from a P4...

i upgraded from a P4 1.7ghz,with an intel 850GB motherboard to an 2.4ghz P4 with this one. no contest.this board supports PC2700 DDR Ram which i installed with 512 mb,and the 533mz FSB is awesome.i am an online gamer and i am getting coments from other players asking me what kind of puter i have,guess i'am hard to kill now.
