I already posted a review at the bbb but i cannot find it. I saw this site and would like to discourage anyone from using this company. They damaged my chevelle greased up the inside, ground off my flywheel, dented my frame rails unloading, tried unloading my car in the middle of main st. troy, ny when i tried to lead the driver to a parking lot, tore off a chunk of my bell housing so i had to replace the transmission, pushed in my grill of my car, they refused to talk to my insurance company at the scene or after, and i had to have my car towed to a service shop to be fixed for over a month and they did not pay a dime. That is not okay with me. DO NOT USE!

Took deposit and put in back burner, does not return phone call and rude when contact is made, constant excuses. Could care less attitude. I am in an industry that uses transporters frequently and this is the worst! I will pass this experience to anyone I can. BEWARE!!!

I contracted with BT to move my Mustang from Vacerville, CA to Houston, TX. They were very helpful from my first phone call to the scheduling of my vehicle and the coordination of my dropoff in Houston. It went very well even though I had to change the delivery address twice during the process. I would highly recommend this company to move your vehicle also.

Worst customer service ever! I had no idea where my car was, No one would return my calls or e-mails.When it was finally picked up from the shipper it was 10:45 P.M. I finally got a call from the driver they brokered my car to.The lady I spoke with at B.T. express was very convincing that my car would be on time, and any problem (dont hesitate to call) would be solved quickly. I called a total of 7 times, always assured someone would call me back within 2 hours...NEVER HAPPENED!Car finally arrived 4 days late
