Cons: Unreliable.

I purchased the FY200 with 512 MB. Nice to look at. Would have been nice to use if it had worked. The first unit failed after the first load. It told me to reformat which I did and it locked up. It never worked again. I returned it to Best Buy for a second of the same type. It froze right away and I was never able to download even one song.

Unfortunately I believe that this product is too easy to break. I will have to try another brand.

Pros: When it works (1 day), it is great.
Cons: Lousy directions, system lock-up, support unhelpful - rushed it to market with known bugs.

Worked great on first day. System locked up "please wait..." message came on when I loaded new selection of music. I followed their directions "Press record and play together for 3 minutes..." No help.

I am taking it back. This is a piece of junk. Buy a name brand.

Pros: Easy to figure out even if you have not read manual.
Cons: NO BASS!

Overall the player is pretty good and easy to work. If you want bass, DO NOT get this player! I want bass and was not thrilled at how poor it was.
