Excellent Game

Pros: Great looking game. Nice game play. Very accurate with everything they do. Cons: Not as much fun as it used to be. It could use a career mode.
Everyone knows about how great EA makes their football games but what about their baseball. Well MVP 2005 steps up to the occasion with beautiful graphics and accurate game play. This year they have added the mini-games and you can now also determine what the pitch is as it leaves the pitchers hand. As always there is the franchise mode which is extremely deep and very good. It can sometimes get a little complicated. Also new this year is the owner mode. In this mode you get to build an empire or at least try. It was pretty confusing if you're not a baseball fan and can get to be aggravating. Playing on-line was very enjoyable and was very organized. You can join tournaments, enter game rooms and chat with other players, or just find someone ready to play. MVP 2005 is a great game and is definitely worth at least renting if not buying it.
