The amp drives my original Quad ESL speakers, which few affordable amps can do without failure (I tried two others amps that died, an old Pioneer and an old Hitachi). The NAD C350 also sounds decent with my Quad ESL, which few amps do. It unfortunately lacks a phono preamp.
