Pros: images are crisp, text is solid. The best performance I ever seen.
Cons: Reflection - bright light makes it quite annoying.

I will give this monitor 5 stars, even though it deserves 4.5. The more I see other monitors, the better I like this one. Images are crispy, text is solid. For this you might want to forgive the major disadvantage of this one - reflection. It is quite reflective - I enjoy it the best when my desk lamp is on, but if the sun is getting though the windows, or the upper lights are on, it is not that much fun. I tried to use it at work, where we have very bright lights, and did not like it at all.
But again the quality of picture is great.

Pros: Nice design, great color and clarity, small footprint.
Cons: Had 1 bad pixel, NEC will not warranty unless there's more than 3 dead pixels.

Phoned NEC about the dead pixel and they stated that there was an allowance for up to 3 dead pixels before they would warranty the monitor (an international standard I guess).

Pretty disappointing when you spend a hefty sum of cash to have a dead pixel in the middle of the screen staring back at you!
