Pros: Great feeling, removable memory, longer battery life. Cons: None if you understand what you're getting.
Frustrating! That’s what I imagine all those people who bought the Nokia N-Gage are feeling now that Nokia has announced the release date for the newest game deck, the Nokia N-Gage QD. Just a few months after the first deck was released (I swear I just ...
Pros: Regular phone talking style, Great controls, Backlit Screen, hot-swap games, blue tooth Cons: No Midp-2, Expensive games, no price drop from the original as promised.
N-Gage QD the predecessor to the ill-designed N
-Gage.
Well how well did these changes work? This review will look specifically at what has changed for better or worse than the original ...
Pros: Symbian OS, fast menus, SD card expansion Cons: Games use rear speaker, kinda bulky, battery life not the greatest
I am a huge fan of cell phone technology. I love reading about the newest trends and products when it comes to cell phones. I've been constantly searching for that all-in-one device that would be my organizer, PDA, phone, and game player for a long ...
Pros: New design, new look, new price, and they're all great! Cons: N-gage's best features are gone (mp3 player, fm radio, USB port). HUGE SAD FACE!!
I guess it's the way with cell phones. A new one out every month. The Nokia N-gage cell phone didn't start off so good. Kind of like a tv show that failed miserably it's first season, but then made a comeback. Because N-gage has made a comeback with ...
Pros: Bluetooth, MMC expandability, no taco-talkin' Cons: Very Buggy Phone, weak game system, 4096 colors
Note: I posted this review accidentally in the Original N-Gage section, so I deleted it from that section and moved it here. If you rated the old deleted one, please rate this one because the old one is gone. I wanted the review to be in the ...
Pros: Fun, unique, gamers dream Cons: large, sometimes slow, speed of phone
I purchased the Nokia N-Gage QD the day it was released. Being a “tec-pro” I figured I’d get through the UNIX driven operating system in no time. To my surprise many of the classic Nokia features I wanted to use, wouldn’t be found until months later. ...
Pros: Cheap with cell phone offers, loud speaker, nice clear screen, hundreds of apps. Cons: pricey without rebates, hard to find 3rd party accesories, game selection
I am a proud (yes, PROUD)owner of the nokia N-gage. There have been a many things said about this gaming device, and a lot not so good. But this is the QD, not the taco phone, and it is GREAT! First off, Nokia is one of the best mobile phone ...
Pros: Portablity of a phone and game system in one handheld. Cons: Phone life is short lived, expensive
I originally bought this for my daughter, for a vacation roadtrip that was coming up. Now, vacation's over and daddy has a new toy! I called around everywhere and found that the only way to get this phone was to have T-Mobile or Cingular ...
Pros: Good graphics for the size. Great LCD. Great Speakerphone. Cons: Battery life is sad. Bulky size. Phone interface is quirky.
I was very excited about having this video game unit as my cell phone. Now that I have had it for close to a year, my initial love has dwindled. The games are all ok for playing when you are on the road. The problem is that when I am not traveling, ...
Pros: Symbian OS, Great Library Of N-Gage Games, Hot-Swap MMC Slot, Awesome Design And Layout Cons: No USB Connection
I, (unlike many people,) can make valid comparisons between the original N-Gage and the N-Gage QD as I have owned both of them, and I have found the N-Gage QD to be a much better buy. I have had my N-Gage QD for about 2 months now, and so far I have no ...
Pros: Symbian S60 OS. Bluetooth. Games. Battery Life. Great Reception . MMC Expandable Slot. Cons: None at all
I bought the Nokia Ngage QD for my long commute to work . This phone has the S60 OS built in and bluetooth . You can installl any S60 apps onto this phone . I been using this phone for over a year and I rely on it everyday.
The best console ever (after the expensive PSP) by shivamraj123 ,Sep 23 '06
Pros: Great looks, symbian enabled (you can put softwares like MP3 players and more) Cons: Quite large, no data cable
The cheapest and the best console you can get. DO NOT get into other people's words who say that its a piece of junk, I mean, what else do you need? You get a smartphone and game deck with much better games than most game-boys. One more thing, it is not a slow phone, it depends upon how you use it. Just do not put a MMC more than 512MB and do not install useless and heavy softwares, its like a computer, the more applications you put in it, the slower it gets and if your hard-disk is larger than your RAM's capacity, it will take years to open up the menu.
This phone pretty much is just looks and games by merio123 ,Jun 10 '06
Pros: gaming-phone, speaker phone, many options, video player, exterior design Cons: rubber comes off and starts to come off, extremely slow phone, lags up, scatches up.
at first, i wanted this phone so much. well once i got it, i was happy and sht i was getting bluetooth things on it and playing games. Everything looked hot about his phone like the exterior and stuff. After a while though, things start to fall apart like the rubber on the outside of the phone. it is replaceable but the new peice might not fight or so.
N-gage QD the best handheld out! by shingouki9999 ,Oct 13 '04
Pros: Online play, midi and wav playback, looks like a phone when you talk on it Cons: no mp3 playback like the regular N-gage. No realone playback.
This no doubt the best handheld mobile console out right now. It has so many features to mess with that you will be occupied for a while. Online is best feature in my opnion. YOu will be able to go up against or team up with other people in the N-gage arena. You have to get this.
