Pros: Detachable faceplates w/different colors, wall-mountable, price, could work fine in small house.

I had a VTech dual-handset system; one failed. The (outsourced) tech support person read me a script ("try plugging into a different jack", etc...useless). Then she said I had to send BOTH handsets back to get the one fixed. I saw a deal on this ...

Pros: Cheap. Good paperweight.
Cons: Rebates not honored. Bad design.

Olympia will not honor rebate, claiming posted date is not within 30 days of purchase or some nonsense like that.
Phone is uncomfortable to use.
Wireless link is scratchy with a lot of noise regardless of channel selected.
There is also an echo when volume is set to high.
