Excellent Customer Service Cons: Must Wait 5 Business Days for Deposited Funds to be Available for Withdrawal

Pros: Interest and benefits that exceed those of most brick-and-mortar banks Cons: Not a good choice for those who prefer one-stop banking.
My bank, the one where I have free checking with direct deposit, offers a savings account but with more restrictions than the IRS imposes on itemized deductions. If the savings account balance drops below $300 in any statement period, you have to ...

Pros: Higher interest rates, great website, easily links to other accounts. Cons: Lack of face to face customer service, cannot deposit money in person.
I signed up for ING Direct two years ago after they sent me a promotion to get $75 for a free account setup. I was wary after having a bad experience with a previous online bank(Etrade), but decided it would be worth the risk as a secondary bank ...

Pros: High interest, convenience, secure, start-up and referral bonuses. Cons: Grasping for a con...Cannot withdraw deposits for 5 business days after depositing.
I would not request anyone to use my name for a referral bonus. So here is my review... I have been using ING for almost a year now and I cannot find anything to complain about. The rates are 12-15 times higher than my local bank. They are ...

I can't believe I waited so long to open an account. I've already earned more interest in a month than I have in years at my brick 'n mortar bank's savings account! I have two kids so it is hard for me to go to the bank, sit around and wait for a ...
