The product has performed exactly for what it was bought. I have just one problem in forking out 400$
for these machines. Apart from that anyone out there with a pda that has an xscale 400mhz processor has to wait for the next generation of pocket pc software because the 2002 has just issues with this processor. As far as comparing with other products i have owned before the 3970 by far exceeds the capacities of the 3800 series which i hvae had for about 1 year now.
I you want a pda which is easy to use and upgrade and very very good in relations to its price this is the one.
