Pros: Screen, Mac capabilities, software, exec look! Cons: No universal connector, no cradle, no included case
I am a college student who's always dabbled in PDA's. However, I'd always get tired of going through the hassle of encoding every single event/important detail when I could easily do it on a paper organizer. However, I got hooked on the Palm m505, a ...

Pros: Price, 32MB Memory, Fast Processor, Screen, Battery Life, Multimedia Capabilities, Included Software Bundle
Cons: No PUC, Not Hi-Res , Battery Not Removable, Flip Cover Stitching
I have had the pleasure of owning a Palm Tungsten E for a few days now. This is honestly one of the best PDA's I have ever used! The Cons are really not very bad, considering the device is $200 new. Considering what $200 would have gotten you 2 years ...

Pros: High-Resolution, Fast Processor, OS-5, Video/Audio Capability, Headphone Jack, 32-Mb/Memory, Great Design Cons: No Universal Connector, Grafiti 2 is terrible
The Tungsten E is definetly one of my favorite handhelds which I own. Its very powerful, very easy to use, and best of all very inexpensive! Its expandable, it plays mp3s, it has high resolution, OS 5 and a 126 mhz processor. Theres almost nothing ...

Pros: Many powerful features for the price. Small, great screen, takes 1GB sd card, mp3 player Cons: can't replace battery, slow data transfer, whines. no wireless, voice recorder, camera, or phone.
*** Second update *** The PDA continues to function fine, but there was recently a need to replace the battery. Fortunately, there are several web sites which give instructions on how to replace the battery. I'm quite tech savvy, but still found it a ...

Pros: It's cheap. Cons: I hate the new Graffiti 2 software.
I've been using Palm OS handhelds for about 5 years now. I had an original IIIe, then the Palm V, and my last one was the m505, which I loved. My main use for a Palm is mostly not for synchronization features, as I tend to use it for various text ...

Pros: Very affordable, outstanding screen resolution, 30.8Mb RAM, OS 5.2.1, smooth stylus, expansion slot, sleek. Cons: No cradle, optional memory required for mp3, can't use Palm Universal Connector.
Admittedly my Vx was fulfilling my requirement I found no need to spend at least $300 on a new OS 5 Palm and since I had upgraded to OS4.1 I did not want to fork out $200 for a Clie and still be running the same OS 4.1. As soon as I read about the Tungst ...

Pros: Docs-To-Go is awesome, great mid-level PDA Cons: No cradle, no calculator function, limited battery life
I received this as a gift when I put "new PDA with Palm OS" on my birthday wishlist; I had been using my husbands old Palm III for several years. I absolutely LOVE the Documents To Go feature! Love the expansion slot and available options/programs ...

Pros: Screen, 32MB, sleek, dirt cheap Cons: Flip cover scratches case, no universal connector, screen might be too bright
Overview This is my fourth handheld to date (previous include Palm m105, IIIc, and m130), and it's also the best one I've owned so far. The high-resolution, and not to mention bright, screen, is gorgeous. Plenty of memory and ...

Pros: Fast, expansion slot, mp3, graffit2, Cons: battery
I received a Palm IIIc in 2000 as a company "perk" for personal use. They were going for about $350 at the time. I was one of the first in my circles to have a PDA and I thought I was pretty cool. It took me forever to learn the graffiti and I was not ...

Pros: Nice color screen, decent memory for applications, SD card input for extra space. Cons: THE HELLISH BUZZING THAT NEVER GOES AWAY. Battery life is average at best.
I upgraded from a Palm Vx to a Tungsten E, and overall I am pleased with the product. However, there is one annoying problem that Palm won't come right out and admit to, and that is the dreaded buzzing display. In fact, this problem is not necessarily ...

Pros: Low cost, easy to use Cons: Palm can't fix them, terrible accessories
I needed a new PDA, and since I loved my old Palm III, I decided I would go with Palm (PalmOne) again. I bought the Tungsten E with the MP3 kit and hard protective case, and immediately loved it. The MP3 kit was way overpriced for what you ...

Pros: Small, light, easy to use, amazing screen. Cons: Screen protectors, the whole MP3/video/SD card fiasco.
I have succumbed. I admit it. I used to laugh at all ye who putzed around with your Palm Pilots. I used to think, 'what the hell could you be doing that you need a complex computer to organize it'? I used to chuckle at how techno-needy people ...

Pros: Best price/performance of all the Palms. 21 new Contacts fields. Cons: Software support of these 21 new Contacts fields.
I gave up my 6 year old Personal Palmpilot in favor of this beauty. I've found it has the best function for the price. Better than the ZIRE 71 if you give up the camera. Has 32MB of memory and comes with Documents to Go to process Excel and Word files. ...
