Pros: 28.3 MB storage, color, light weight, expandable memory, nice software bundle included. Cons: Battery Power, no universal connector.
In the past if you were someone like me who has not been blessed with having the convenience that comes with having a Palm Pilot, but only had a limited budged, you might have done the same thing as me, and gotten a the Palm Zire. It was affordable but di ...

Pros: color, mp3 capability, fast Cons: 90 day warranty tech support
Beware! when a company only stands behind a product for 90 days. This product seemingly has it all; fast, lots of memory, beautiful color, reasonable price, compatible with outlook. It has surprisingly very good sound when playing mp3s (you ...

Pros: Good screen, not too bad for what I needed it for. Cons: Battery life so-so, internal speaker has a poor connection.
This PDA wasn't too bad for the price. What really makes it a 'good' or 'bad' PDA is what you'll be using it for. If you plan to play a lot of games or lots of movies, forget it since it has a small dynamic memory heap (2 mb of the 32 mb), and the ...

Pros: Price, software, add-ons, screen, features. Cons: No Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. No universal connector. Hard case should be included automatically.
Just picked up a Tungsten E! Here are my thoughts for people that are sitting on the fence or having trouble deciding which model to get: The screen is gorgeous. As good as any PDA. Everything is clear, and crisp. PDA's sure have come a long way. ...

Pros: compact design, great screen, stylish, software and good tech support. Cons: not meant for Mac users, conflicts with third party software.
This little Palm came into my possession when I figured out leaving 15 crumpled sheets of paper on my desk, never the one I need, was not the way to go about living. It attracted my attention because of the color screen, the stylish 'tungsten' silver ...

Pros: Beautiful Color Display,
Mp3 Player,
Slim Design,
Included software Cons: Screen display in sunlight,
Battery life,
No cradle
Much of what you may read about regarding this device is true. The color screen is excellent, the operating system is easy to use, and the processor speed is good enough for what the Tungsten E requires. The MP3 player works fine; the songs downloaded ...

Pros: Metal body, Nice screen, Cons: Screen whine, battery life?
I went nuts on ebay and ordered quite a few PDA's. The 1st one to arrive was a Tungsten E (used) that I won for about $70. I was very excited to sync it up and see how it fared against my old Zire 31. The Zire ran a 200mhz xscale, and the Tungsten ...

Pros: User friendly, helpful calendar features, overall great beginner model. Cons: Note pad not easy to read, no cradle to recharge, Graffiti 2 feature complicated.
I acquired the Tungsten E through www.overstock.com. Although I got it at a great price ($134.99), it also left me in a disadvantaged position. I purchased a blemished model. The blemish was minor - a small scrape on the back of the unit - but it also ...

Pros: Easy to use Easy to sync Love the color screen! Cons: The stylus tip broke off when I dropped it. Graffiti II isn't always easy.
After deciding that I wanted a PDA I researched them thoroughly. I knew I wanted a color screen and one big enough so I didn't have to squint. I wanted a glorified calendar and got so much more! I settled for the Tungsten E because it met my needs and ...

Pros: Outstanding display, colors are beautiful; small and light PDA. A good value. Cons: Doesn't use Palm universal connector, lack of case options, short battery life.
I purchased the Tungsten E as a replacement for my Vx which finally died after years of service. My primary consideration was size and weight. I got very used to the small form factor of the Vx and didn't want to go to one of the larger PDAs. I ...

Pros: Just about everything Cons: no voice recorder
WARNING: VERY LONG & BORING REVIEW AHEAD! First off I'll explain why I even bought a PDA in the first place. I'm one of those wierdos who has to keep track of everything in her life, from old high school buddies' phone #s to Dr.'s appointments to what ...

Pros: Affordable, capable, palm os 5.2.1 Cons: No cradle, have to buy expansion card to use the features fully
AS the title states the availability of a variety of palm based or pocket pc based PDA's have changed the decision to buy a certain PDA and not the other one, mainly one's choice as there are so many devices offering very similar characteristics in a big ...

Pros: Color, stylus silo (although placement not helpful for lefties), price, expandability, well-engineered design. Cons: Volume of speakers slightly soft. Being unable to reset with stylus, but needing paper clip.
I acknowledge that I'm a late adapter to technology products. I was introduced to Palm efficiencies in an operations course in business school. However, I waited four years before owning my first PDA. When I adapted, I immediately noticed the ...

Pros: Reliable Cons: Battery
At the almost 3 year mark of ownership of my Tungsten E I think it time to do a performance review. I was looking at the different Palm model reviews here and elsewhere and it was interesting to see how some (most) Palm's generate a love hate ...
