by AnnieSlif , Sep 09 '04
Pros: Plenty of room and toys. Light weight and very easy to use. RECHARGEABLE!!
Cons: Screen can scratch with repeated use (easy to prevent).
OK, standard busy mom life... Hebrew school, PTA stuff, dentist and doctors and sports and family and... And to go along with that we have all the corresponding names, numbers and addresses... Brain Overload!!! That's where the Palm m130 ...

Organize your life without going broke

by scientist232 , Jul 03 '04
Pros: Delivers all the basics and some of the extras.
Cons: Screen seems a little more prone to scratches
I’ve been an active advocate of Palm handhelds since the m100 came out several years ago. I liked the size and functionality of that model but soon found that the 2 MB memory was just too small for all the features the computer itself could handle. ...

Great organizer with extras

by rolfbk , Apr 08 '06
Pros: Color screen, expansion slot, great organizer
Cons: Lower screen resolution and sunlight washout
My first experience with Palm pilots came several years ago with an m100. It was great for organizing appointments, keeping track of phone numbers and to-do lists, and carrying around nice little games and even novels to read while I waited in line at ...

Covers The Bases And Then Some.

by adman102 , Jan 14 '05
Pros: Rechargable battery, color screen, SD slot
Cons: Battery life, screen in direct sunlight, not the latest technology
As a professional person, appointment schedules and to do lists are very important to me. For years I struggled with paper schedulers and keeping lists on tablets. Several years ago, I received a Palm M105 for Christmas and it literally changed the way ...

Great for new Palm Owners

by xenoranger , Nov 22 '05
Pros: Durable
Easy to use
Quick Charging
Cons: Not enough memory
Slow Processor
Bad Photo Software
The Palm m130 is an ideal PDA for the person on the go. Having received this as a gift, I have found this unit to be useful. The display on this is not only clear, but responsive about 90% of the time. Running on Palm OS4, this system supports color ...

by destroyer77 , Mar 16 '07
Pros: COLOR screen, compatibility, size
Cons: battery power
Hey there internet user, I have bought this PDA and I was very much satisfied with it, it does all the things that you would need it to do and for the things that it didn't you could buy some applications and install them on it (as with all PDAs). ...

Big For the Buck
by keylime49 ,Apr 10 '04
Pros: Color Screen, Secure Digital slot
Cons: bad battery life, big
The Palm M130 handheld is a great palm for beginners. It has a nice color screen, a Secure Digital slot for games and pictures, and a easy to use application menu. You can do anything from changing faceplates, to getting portable keyboards. The Palm M130 Handheld is a good deal for the buck.

Nice for the price
by rexd2003 ,Mar 18 '04
Pros: Straight forward applications. Functionality. Expandability. Price
Cons: Hard to see in direct sunlight screen.
If you're looking for a good place to start with a PDA, the Palm M130 is for you. It has a very nice color screen, user friendly applications and enough basic functions to enable you to throw away that bulky day-planner.

Discipline is the key with any PDA. If your not very likely to use a planner now, you won't get very much use from ANY PDA. If you want to keep track of phone numbers, schedule appointments then set an alarm to remind you. If you want to jot down quick notes or work on that complicated spreadsheet while on the fly, this is for you.
