Pros: 1 button operation, cordless, small, no prefreezing needed, no "baby sitting" required Cons: requires two 3 volt CR123A or RCR123A (rechargeable) Lithium Batteries. Too small for large parties.

Pros: Convenient, good size for a couple. Cons: Fails completely to make sorbet.
