Pros: Displays at 480p and 1080i Resolutions, Flat Screen, Cinema Mode Cons: Expensive (though a bargain compared to similar sets)
Panasonic's new CT-32HX40 lets you get into H/DTV-ready quality with one of the lowest price tags around for this kind of set. If you want a direct-view (standard tube) TV with analog inputs and the ability to project a screen image at the SDTV...

I am an Australian Buyer and I use the equivalent model sold here in Australia. The picture standard here is PAL but the Panasonic CT-32HX40 will handle NTSC also. Model name: Panasonic TX-80 300A Tau Giga. Progressive scan. 100 Hz picture refresh ...
Pros: Price, performance, and HDTV capability. Cons: Red push, and other minor picture flaws.
In todays fast paced technology age, its impossible to keep up with all the new technology that appears, especially in the PC world. However, rapid evolving technology can be a good thing, because as equipment is mass produced price can plummet. This is...
Well I spent 7 hours TV shoppping. I had my mind made up I was going to get a sony TV. I then walked up to purchase the sony which was $700 more and I saw this T.V on an HDTV broadcast. This TV was awesome looking, and made the sony look not so good....

After over a decade of absolute commitment to the SONY product name, I broke ranks with this television set. Ready to plunk down $1500+ for the Wega (XBR400) set, I saw the PANASONIC and SONY sets side-by-side displaying the same video image. I was...
Broke twice in less than 2 years. by kozicki4 ,Jan 04 '05
Pros: Great picture if you can get it to work for more than a year Cons: Poor quality and customer service. cheap materials,Broke twice in less than two years.
Well this is the second time this Panasonic has broken down on me for the same reason. For whatever reason, when you try to turn on the tv, it attempts to start up and then shuts down before a screen ever appears. You can repeat this same dissapointing error by unplugging and hitting the power button. Panasonic was VERY un-sympathetic even right after the warranty period and they said I should have gotten an extended warranty. I thought I could rely on their product for more than a year. Next purchase, real quality, a Mitsubishi DLP. Even our Panasonic copier at work is junk!!!
