I use this CD player at work with my headphones and sometimes hook it up to my computer speakers. It hasn't given me any problems yet and I've been using it for almost two years. I've taken it on car rides and airplane trips, using battery power. I ...
Pros: Nice included headphones, Great anti-skip program, Nice radio, Reads cd's that have been severely scratched. Cons: Undurable, Buttons react to the slightest of movement, Volume sucks, Exterior scratches so easily.
I received this CD player for my birthday. I saw it, looked at it and about drooled after opening it. Shiny buttons, silver exterior, and it even said MP3 player on it! What more could I ask for? After two years of usage, A LOT. DESIGN A few days ...

Okay People, Im gonna save everyones cd
player with this one and its very simple.
Get a very small phillips head screwdriver
and hit the open button on the player. Now
get some light shining in on it. Look at
the spinner that spins the cd, you will
notice that if you turn it manually you
can see a screw through the holes on the
spinner, there are two screws...screw them
both down (screw right for tight), just
turn slowly until you see the other
screw. Now your cd player will spin and
read again. You'll have to do this again
after a bunch of uses, i noticed that from
banging it around while your playing cds
they get loose. Email me for help at
groundedangels@yahoo.com or for thanks =)
Pros: Good value, plays MP3/FM/AM/CD's, 35 hours playback on 1 set of batteries. Cons: Low max volume, no WMA playback, not compatible with rechargable batteries.
I originally purchased this CD player after my other one cracked in half when I dropped it. I have found this CD player to be a very good value because it can play MP3's, CD's and the radio. The instruction manual also instructs you on how to burn MP3's properly to a disc and have them playback in the order you would want on the CD player. It gets good battery time for it's price (about 35 hours with MP3's). The skip protection works perfectly, with two different modes, 10 second and 45 second skip protection. It's design is very nice in the way that it is light-weight and the battery compartment is on the inside (no external battery door to worry about breaking off). It does have a lot of buttons, but once mastered they become like second nature. I have found only 3 things I don't like about it, it doesn't go as loud as other CD players, no WMA playback, and it's not compatible with the panasonic rechargable batteries/charger kit. Overall though, for the price it's an excellent value.
Pros: good, for a few weeks Cons: button to open pops off and is unfixable
this CD player breaks very easily. the button to open it has broken off on both of the two i have bought. one slid off of my leg in the car and fell 1.5 feet onto the plush carpet of my minivan and broke. the other one was more of my fault when someone spilled a glass of water and knocked off the table, but overall this Cd player is a bad buy and if you do get it, definetly get a WARRANTY!!
Shhh! I am trying to listen to my CD's by pstankovich ,Apr 04 '04
Pros: Size, MP3 play, Radio Cons: Lack of volume
I picked this player up at the local record store. My main intent was to get a basic CD player which could read MP3's. Quite frankly this player fit 90% the bill.
It cost $59, so it wasn't too expensive. I like the size of it. It had a nice sound and the skip protection seemed to work very well. It also had an AM/FM radio, which is a nice bonus. My MP3's played fine and even worked in random mode (not using folders) although the instructions indicated that it wouldn't.
All in all, I was really happy, until I tried to turned the volume up. There are 25 levels, which is nice, but highest level, 25, sounded like it was Level 15. I couldn't believe how soft it was. I am not looking for an ear bleed, but this was ridiculous. If I had taken this on a plane or a subway, I wouldn't be able to hear anything.
What a shame! I returned to the store 24 hours later. Too bad; everything else was great.
