Pros: Nice Picture, great features!
Cons: Defective Design and Power Supply.

This TV has a wonderful display compared to many, but I happened to buy on of the TV's with the faulty capacitor. It emits a high pitched sound then shuts off. The LED blinks until I disconnect the power supply. When I plug it in it works - for a short time and then shuts down again.

I purchased one of the first models in Sept 03 and now in Dec 04 its on the fritz. I'm disappointed and likely will not buy another Panasonic Plasma.

The tv was fine. however, after 5 months, tv turns off by itself, i can't turn it back on. Call panasonic and service came by and pick it up. replaced the power supply. It works since, but I am wondering if it will happen again. I wonder if I should buy extended warranty.

Cons: that bzzzzz sound; remote control commands sometimes need to be pushed twice, three times

i bought this t.v 13 months ago. Contrary at other opinions seen, this unit hadn't shut off alone. As always, panasonic sound is faithful, brilliant and crisp, but it has a bug's noise in the rear part, specially when the picture is bright, that frankly, get desperate us. Technicians said that they had try everything, from isolation foam, to reprogramming and even changing cards,that maybe that's the normal sound, but watching t.v. isn't a full pleasure with that uncomfortable noise.

Pros: Great picture,sound and ease of operation.
Cons: Had power supply replaced after 2 months(warranty)

Great picture quality and sound.I looked at many plasma t.v's and for the money this stood out by far.I recommend this product.
