Pros: nice software when you can get it Cons: Horrid business practices

I purchased the Panda Titanium Antivirus 2004 software because the cost was cheaper than the other brands. I have been getting emails from a fraudulent site (displays my internet provider's name but was not from my provider!), asking me to update my password/credit card info. Panda found that fake email during download and notified me that it found a virus that shows a false URL in the address bar when you are really on a different site. It did not tell which email it was, but Panda had removed all the fake URL links from the email so it was empty when I opened it. I'm impressed! (It's a red flag if a website asks you for your passwords and credit card PIN #!)
