Paradigm PS-1200 will rock your world.

by bimmaguy , Sep 09 '08
Pros: Low frequency extension, "boom" for the buck. Tuneable to any system/setup.
Cons: Ask the neighbors.
Paradigm's PS-1200 is what you think a sub should be. It's big, heavy, and loud. That said, the devil is in the details...I've always enjoyed a slightly bass-heavy sound when listening to music. I've always been convinced that when it comes to ...

This is what you need!

by IamJubba , Dec 17 '00
Pros: Power, Poise & Value
Cons: None
Imagine my surprise when looking at Epinions for recommendations on a new Dolby Digital receiver and I saw that no one had written a review on the Paradigm PS-1200. What a pity and definitely an omission needing correction. Why? It is an incredible sub...

PW-2200

by dynamiteroll , Feb 16 '01
Pros: Goes deep, goes loud, goes tight
Cons: It's BIG, no crossover bypass
It irritates me epinions doesn't allow members to add their own products. So this is a review in the wrong section because this model isn't included.

This baby pounds like a mutha! It plays plenty loud as it has some beefy amplification and...

Paradigm PS-1200 V.4

by pierredenis , Apr 18 '05
Pros: Powerful, low and loud. And dirt cheap !
Cons: A little slow. Needs sensible break-in period.
Ok folks, I know I said before that I was against subs. Lets put things in context here. I am fiercely against the use that too much people (including most salesmen) make of it. If you are the kind to "pimp" an old Honda Civic by fitting a pair of 15" ...

The meaning of LFE

by mdbeck , Mar 31 '02
Pros: Very Hard Hitting Base
Cons: Huge Cabinet Too bad it's made in Canada.
Home theater is all about Low Frequency Effects and the PS-1200 is exactly what you should be hooking up to the LFE jack on the back of your Dolby Digital receiver.

When you watch the Saturn V rocket launch in Apollo 13, tears will come to...

THIS IS FOR THE 2004 PS-1200 V4 version

by dankinqc , Feb 01 '04
Pros: Extremely powerfull bass response Seriously deep and low Solid construction A steal for the quality
Cons: Will blow your windows away so wear some protections before using it! lolol
This sub is just incredible! It will shake your house (and probably shut it down! lol) It goes extremely deep and low while keeping impressive sound quality and tightness. The new V4 version is more powerfull with 750W peak / 200W RMS. I never heard any ...
