Pros: Comfortable for your back and four easy carrying positions. Possible to discretely breastfeed. Cons: Looks like something a hippy would wear and requires some practice to get comfortable.
When my daughter reached 9 months and 19 pounds I realized I had had enough of carrying her in my Baby Bjorn. I was sick of the back aches that followed carrying her for more than 10 minutes and the awkwardness of trying to get her into position and ...
Pros: Comfortable, gives you use of both hands while carrying baby, you're able to breastfeed easily Cons: It's pretty bulky and can get hot.
My first daughter was a sleeper. She ate, and then promptly fell asleep. My second...well, not so much. Having a newborn and a toddler can be tricky. Especially if said newborn wants to be held all day long. I mean, first off you have LOADS upon ...
Pros: A comfortable, more intimate way to carry your newborn/infant/sm. toddler. Cons: A better than a bumper sticker way to show off your liberal tendencies.
The SlingEzee design was inspired by Dr. William & Martha Sears while observing women in Zambia. When our mid-wife gave my wife and I ours, initially I had some reservations. She reassured me that this system had been around "since ...
Pros: Cute; portable/packable; helps you get things done around the house while keeping baby content Cons: Takes practice putting on; can be bulky and hot
I purchased my SlingEZee wrap while I was pregnant with my son (now 8 months old). I read many reviews, including on this site and elsewhere, and I read the SlingEZee website exhaustively and finally purchased the sling in size Medium. When my son ...
Pros: 5 positions to choose from! One size fits all, FOR REAL! Cons: NOTHING!!
Wow, this is truly the best innovation created to help mothers! I had tried several different baby slings with my first child (8 years ago) and there wasn't much of a variety back then. Nothing worked well, my daughter always seemed bunched up too ...
Pros: Comfortable, easy to use, baby loves it Cons: looks a little bulky
I bought this sling from a Le Leache League Leader and just tried it out today with my 6 day old. I really like it. I didn't think I would like it because it's kinda bulky looking but it's really comfy and my daughter loves it! I watched the video it came with, put the sling on, got her strapped in easily on the first try and I was off cleaning the house while she slept happily for over an hour. I really like being hands free and this sling makes it very easy especially with a child who likes to be held all the time even when she's sleeping. I see myself using this sling everyday!
Pros: Versatile and comfortable. Cons: It took a while to learn all the tricks.
My son and I love our SlingEZee. It is the most comfortable baby carrier we have tried so far. At first, I didn't think I would like the bulk of the padding, but as my son has grown and gotten heavier..we love the padding. SlingEZee is versatile. I don't really use our stroller anymore. Would highly recommend SlingEZee to any parent out there.
Wish I'd had one with my first child! by rachelmburton ,May 26 '06
Pros: Comfort
Ease of use
Cons: None that I've found so far!
This sling is amazing. I was introduced to SlingEZee while modeling it with my 6 week old baby for Parenting Concepts. It is extremely comfortable and is so easy to get your baby in and out of. My baby falls asleep in it every time I use it. Allows me to do things around the house, shop at the grocery store, etc. carrying my baby and still have two hands to work with! Highly recommend this to any mom.
