Pros: Flat Screen, Price, look, quality of picture and sound; able to adjust the picture ratio. Cons: Physical depth of the set, no alarm, not digital filtered.
Well, after my RCA 19" stereo TV gave me 10 years of service, it finally died. It was time to find a new second TV. I knew that I wanted to get a flat screen TV. It had to be stereo. The inputs and outputs had to be easily accessible. I wanted to ...
Pros: Excellent picture. Great price for quality. Cons: loud "bzzzt" startup. What's that ringing sound?
When searching for a TV, I was looking for a 19-25 flat panel that had S-Video input, was silver, had good reviews, and a good price. This is what I came up with. Startup - The first thing I thought when I turned on this TV was "Oh no, the ...
Pros: Number of inputs and outputs, clean picture, easy-to-navigate menus, easy remote control. Cons: Wasn't free, doesn't do dishes
After looking in the Sunday ads and online I actually stepped up to a flat screen 20" and found this. The features looked nice, but what stood out was the fact that it had 6 watts per channel for audio, and the ones I looked at in the same price range ...
Pros: Exceptional picture, custom settings for video, audio, and surfing, sleek design, multiple inputs. Cons: None. Fairly deep chassis (20"), so measure first.
I have owned this television for over a year, and I am still periodically amazed at the picture it is capable of producing. Four factory presets (Movies, Sports, Multimedia, and Weak Signal) provide for a good range of viewing conditions right out of ...
Pros: sleek design, decent picture Cons: skewed tube and poor geometry, VERY annoying tube buzz
I purchased this TV based on the favorable reviews and a decent sale. Unfortunately, I found it to have a couple serious flaws and decided to return it. THE GOOD: It does have a very pleasing appearance - clean lines. The picture color, sharpness and ...

Pros: Adjustable picture size (wide and full), specialized sound settings, easy remote Cons: location of power buttons on the television
We bought this tv almost 8 months ago, and it has been great. It's our bedroom tv, but we find ourselves watching way more movies in bed on the smaller tv than the larger living room tv because the picture is so good on the Phillips. We compared a lot of televisions in the store and the picture quality just wasn't comparable. Colors are vivid and sound is great.
Pros: Class-leading styling, energy saving technology, great sound, AV hook-ups Cons: Set is extra deep. Power cord at front.
Can't beat the looks of this set. It's front has a clean, simple look that won't date. I've noticed them used in settings where they care about such matters, as I do. Functionality mustn't suffer for looks, of course and the Phillips designers are aware of this--they put the manual, non-remote controls on the top of the set, that way you don't have to look at them, or have a door that can break on the front of the set. The plug ins for your cam or games are on the side for the same reason.
Some complain that the set seems to take a little longer to come on than others, but that's because it's an "Energy Star" and that "instant on" feature is actually due to the fact that other sets are always on, and thus always using precious energy.
Hook-ups at the rear allow you to connect your home stereo for ultra vivid sound.
Power cord exits set near it's front, an oddity I don't understand.
Pros: slick modern design, side ear jacks and audio and video jacks. Cons: no sleep timer
i had an old sylvinia 20in tv in my bedroom that i got from my parents. it was just OK. It did what it was suppost to. I wanted to upgrade. I wanted a flat in 20 in. The 32in was to expensive. ha ha. It is a great tv compared to the sylvinia. It has great sound and looks so much more modern than the other one. The noice when you first turn on on the tv did concern me as other reviews said. I thouth it was broken but it waited couple seconds and it came on. I like the side audio and video inputs. The Tv looks slick and modern. On the down side. I wish it had a sleep timer. that is the only thing
Pros: The picture and sound are incredible and it looks great.
Cons: It could be a little less deep.
This TV is better than most and it costs less. The picture of the TV is beautiful and it has lovely sound. It is simple to operate. I recommend it for a bedroom.
Pros: Ease of use, great image quality, great sound, accessibility, great look Cons: time to start
Excellent performance and great price vs quality. I highly recommend it. We use this TV in the kitchen where noise is frequent and zapping is fast. Great for family.
Pros: size and manual buttons Cons: none found yet
This TV has been great. Bought it after a TV that was over 15 years old died on us. It was SO easy to install and hooked up easily to our cable. Color is great. Like the placement of manual buttons. Price was attractive too.
