    Pros: It's small, rugged, and you can hardly tell it's there when exercising
    Cons: Software issues on driver install, format necessary on occasion, USB 1.1 is slow

    Pros: Sturdy, durable unit. Great customer service.
    Cons: No shuffle

    Summary: I'm a very active person, and wanted a portable, great sounding MP3 player that could take some abuse. Phillips/Nike answered my needs. During the first month, it crashed beyond repair. I sent it back to Phillips, and it was replaced within a week.
