Pros: Small, convenient, good sound, simple to use and set up Cons: Mediocre battery, lacking a few simple controls
I guess I should get used to my fiance getting the better deals than I get. I have a decent MP3 player, but she has the new Philips MP3 Key chain player and all the coolness that accompanies it. I mean how cool is that the thing fits on your key chain a ...
Pros: I like the Philips Key MP3 Player so much I bought two. Cons: Not for the ones who want to see a display.

Pros: Magnesium casing, small size, great sound, convenient file transfer, easy battery recharging Cons: lack of LCD screen, limited control buttons, neck strap must always be worn
When I got my Philips Key 006 I was stunned at how small it was even though I had read the specifications and seen pictures, holding it in my hand I couldn't believe the size. And for it's small size it packs a mighty punch! The Pros. It's ...
Pros: Small, convenient neck strap, good memory for low price Cons: Miserable sound. Broke after 2 minutes.
I will start off by saying I have had very bad luck with mp3 players. I have owned 6 in the past and only the ipod made it over a month and a half without breaking. I hadn't bought a non HD mp3 player for almost 2 years because of all the bad experience ...
Pros: Small, lightweight, easy to use neck-strap, charges via USB. Cons: Long charge via USB (5 hours) for 6.5 hours playback.
Can't be used without neck-strap.
An unbelievably easy to use player.
Just plug in, transfer, switch on, press play.
Comes with a brilliant neck-strap remote control, with the
very basic controls of volume and next/previous track.
Comes with external batterypack to prolong battery life
if required.
Does not work - Difficult to debug problems by generalerror ,Jan 17 '04
Pros: Holds files like any USB storage device. Cons: Does not play mp3s.
No screen to see what it's doing.
Cannot direct connect headphones.
I opened mine up. Connected it to my computer. Moved over the mp3 files to it.
Connected the neck strap to it and pressed play.
Nothing. Silence.
What's worse is there's absolutely no way to tell what it's doing. The light never lights up, although it does light up when you connect it to the computer to save files.
It comes with a external AAA charger but even with the charger connected it's useless. Nothing.
And there's no way to tell if it's charged or not or how much.
All mine does is hold files. It doesn't actually play any audio.
Also you can't connect regular headphone directly to the device either. You have to use the supplied neck strap.
This mp3 player that does not play mp3's is a complete waste of money.
Pros: Very small, good sound Cons: Very poor customer support
This player wouldn't charge when connected to my usb port as advertised, so I called tech support, They asked me to send it in for replacement. That was over a month ago, and now I can't even get any information from the company about when I might get it back. Several promised shipping dates have come and gone. I'm very dissapointed with the quality of customer service I've experienced.
Very small and easy to use by yamahafmf ,Feb 26 '04
Pros: Small, wearable so if you do any activity it will not fall off. Cons: Hard to understand instructions, no expandable memory, no screen to see what is happening.
This is a very small player. I love it because its small, hangs around your neck and light weight, and very nice looking.
