Pros: Caller ID, Answering machine, durable. Cons: Just like every cordless phone.
Before leaving for college, I went out to pick up the things I would need. One of those things was this cordless phone. This phone is by no means a bad phone, but there just isn’t anything special about this phone. This phone is a pretty standard ...
Pros: clear sound, long battery life Cons: phone shape may not suit everyone, LCD not very bright
I purchased this phone as an additional phone at our house. I already have the GE 900 Hertz model with caller ID and speakerphone, and have enjoyed it very much. It has been reliable and the speakerphone has worked flawlessly.
Pros: Everything you could want in one phone system Cons: One color, ringer is somewhat harsh
I wish that I could say that my fiance and I did some research before we purchased our new cordless phone. After all, I am a member of Epinions. Alas, our new addition to our electronic family was purchased on a whim.

I have been using the GE Model 27993GE3, 2.4GHz cordless phone for three months and I have been pleased with its performance. I have used the phone as a replacement for an older 900 MHz cordless phone model. This model has far exceeded the performance...
Pros: Syling and feel of the phone, cost Cons: Poor range and hard to read LCD.
We currently have a Panasonic 2.4 GHz/900MHz cordless phone that has been fantastic. Only problem is that the keypad makes it almost impossible to dial out. Therefore we needed a new phone. Enter in the GE 2.4GHz Cordless Phone with Caller ID.

Pros: Long battery life, easy pager system Cons: Horrible reception, caller-id difficult to use
I bought this phone with some birthday money. Because of its high price, I believed it was a very good model and would work well. The 2.4 GHz on the box made it sound even more enticing. After two years of use, it turned out to be the exact...
Pros: Small, doesn't get hot on your ear, Call Waiting Caller ID, Multiple dialing options Cons: Ringer, conked out on me after one month.

Pros: it looks cool, but looks can be deceiving. Cons: the caller id has no phone book to save your #'s in
cool phone, nice features especially the autoscan channel function, I only kept it for a day though. The caller id is a big deal for me. It's very user friendly when a person calls you and you can view who called you and store it in a phone directory....
Pros: none Cons: does not establish a dial tone at certain times
This phone could be the biggest piece of s#@t on the market. I bought this phone thinking it should be a quality product b/c it was made by GE and the fact that my roommate works for Siemens. It was only a couple of days after my purchase that the...
Very unhappy with this phone by Mommy4life ,Dec 02 '03
Pros: NONE Cons: strange noise, static loss of battery life very fast.
We have had no luck with cordless phones. We went looking and the GE phone seemed to have what we where looking for our price range, answering machine, long range, ringer on and off switch. We buy the phone bring it home set it up and all is good for about one month or so. Then all of a sudden the darn phone starts to make this very strange noise, not sure if it is the battery or some other appliance in the house causing a interference. Now the noise comes and goes, and if you leave it out of the base for more then a few hours the phone is dead. The static is very bad no matter how many times I change the channel.
So I have come here to find a good review on a new phone because I just can not take this phone anymore
