I purchased this phone for my fiance. It had many options that would be beneficial to him. It worked fine the first 3 days and then started making crackling/popping noises. Or the person sounded muffled, or they couldn't even hear me altogether. I don't know if I just got a refurbished one that was never repaired accurately or the phone really has bad sound quality. The rest of the features were great! Easy to navigate and lit up. Not sure if this review was helpful.
