Pros: Good quality, three message mailboxes Cons: "power" and "off" buttons can be inadvertantly pressed during calls, initial startup problems
As much negative buzz as I've heard concerning VTech, I have yet to experience any for myself. I have used a VT9000 and a VT02-9151 model phone and have had positive results with both. This review concerns itself with the latter model - the...
Pros: 10 number memory, headset, clear reception, inexpensive Cons: Doesn't not have a speaker phone feature
Last month we celebrated my daughter's 12th birthday with a small family party at home (a big party with her friends would follow in a few more weeks). She was in a wonderful mood, in fact probably the best mood she had been in for months. That...
Pros: Works well, battery life, clear audible signal, reliable Cons: the color is a little jarring
I have received a few nice comments because at my age I use the computer and seem to enjoy twenty first century technology – and it’s true, I do enjoy the twenty-first century. However, when I get to feeling a little too proud of myself, all at once...
Pros: Lightweight, nice sound, extra battery storage Cons: could become addictive to phone users!
This is the time of year when your thoughts began to wander to those of pine trees wafting their smells throughout the house, carols being sung in the crisp night air, tinsel glistening upon the tree, mysterious packages appearing out of nowhere, white...
Pros: Colorful; quality answering machine Cons: lacks caller ID
Is this the Vtech phone you need? How does it compare to other Vtech phones? To a comparable Sony phone? The answers are provided (at least partially) in this review.
NOTE: The picture and description for the Vtech vt03_9111 are actually a...
Pros: Cool Colors, Price and Range Cons: Not a ton of Options
In my spare time, when not at work or writing Epinions I may open my own phone store. With seven different extensions in the home and two cellphones I am quickly finding it necessary to learn more about each available brand and model. We recently...
Pros: Loud and Clear, Inexpensive, Durable, Looks Cool, Many Colors, and much more Cons: None
I have owned my VT9111 for a while now and it is possibly my favorite cordless phone of all time! My former roommate also had a VT9151, which is the same as the VT9111, but with an integrated answering machine. Both telephones have...
Pros: Flashy color, choice of green and purple, lights up when rings.. Cons: After 3 returns, got one that works.. has as many moods as it does features..
This is one of those situations where if I could turn back the clock, I would stay away from this company's products. Yes, I finally got a cute, functioning, economical, multi-featured, flashy fun phone, but the hell I went thru to get it going was not...
Pros: Awesome looking almost futuristic but very Simple phone. Cons: no caller id built in, its not Free.
Hey if it ain't broke, Don't fix it. This phone from v-tech can definitely make an impact, and Take an impact. As noted by the numerous times it has been dropped in this house and still works just fine.
Pros: Quality, Price, Colours, Features Cons: Replacement Battery $, No Headphone Jack
I think the hardest decision in purchasing this phone wasn't whether the features or qualities were there, it was which colour to choose. Here in Vancouver, Canada, home of the VTech head office, the phones came in Red, Green, Blue and Purple. I bought...
Pros: Affordable, reliable phone. Cons: No speaker, annoying ringer tones.
My sister received this phone for her 18th birthday right before her freshman year of college. After using it once, I decided I too wanted it for school. I watched the ads, and bought it on sale.
Pros: A 900 MHz Phone With Good Feature Set Cons: See-Through Phones Are Not For Everyone
VTech VT 02-9111
According to VTech, the new/see-thru design of their $49 cordless makes it a "Funfone for everyone." Of course, VTech is somewhat given to hyperbole, since they claim also to be "The Company that...
Pros: color, clarity, ease of use, shape Cons: no off ringer
This phone is pretty much the basic no frills model. No special caller ID or digital answering machine. It's a cordless phone but nonetheless a great quality phone it is! Offered in a rainbow of vibrant colors, it's easy to use and kid-friendly (then...
Pros: Great price, good range, easy to use, all the necessary features Cons: Battery dies quick, built in caller ID would be nice
OK. I am a HUGE fan of technology and electronics. But to me, a phone, is a phone, is a phone. Don't get me wrong, usually I love bells and whistles, but on a home phone, who needs it?
I bought this phone over a year ago and I think it's...
Pros: Cute...well it is!, Battery lasts long, Affordable Cons: placement of the talk button, bright lights at night.
Are the words coming from my husband's mouth almost hourly. I do talk on the phone a lot. It's not because I want to. In fact you have probably seen me on my webcam with it attached to the side of my face. I wonder if I should just tie it there for...
Pros: Works as advertised Cons: No special features
When I buy a technology for the first time, I buy at the bottom of the price/performance curve. I don't invest in "high performance" until I know the device (VCR, computer, etc.) is something I can use. For two years I watched the prices for...
Pros: Nice colors, excellent reception, 10 channels, 900 mhz, ansering machine. Cons: No caller id
“It looks like grass!” “No, It looks like some sort of translucent phone.” “Or I may just be color blind.” I can’t be because it’s a Vtech." “Say what?” “Aww forget it!” “Your problem is you have never experienced Deep Purple, for R E A L.”...
Pros: good reception Cons: clicking noise in the backround
This cordless phone is a good deal. We found it on sale at office Max for 29.99. It comes in a range of colors. Ours is the see through blue one. It also comes in black red green and yellow.
The actual phone is a good one. better than any...
Pros: Is very affordable and comes in unique colors Cons: Volume is terrible, range is poor.
Ok, I admit it. I thought it was cute. It came in all sorts of see through neon colors and I could imagine how great they would look in our family room. We needed a second cordless phone and our last Vtech had been fairly reliable. The price was...
Pros: Price, easy to use Cons: ringer can not be turned off.
I've had this phone for about a year now. It has never given me a problem. This is the phone I use most since it is in my living room. I've found that I can even bring it with me to the mailbox with no problems! Reception is great. It has all the...
Pros: A lot of phone for the money. Cons: None that I have found so far.
I've been through cordless phone after cordless phone. I've spent time asking friends and family how they like their cordless phones, only to hear the same disappointing stories about what their phones lack in quality and life span.
Pros: Great price, many features Cons: Annoying ring
We purchased this phone for my 14 year old stepdaughter for christmas, and so far it has served her well. The money paid for this phone is exceptional for a 900MHz phone, and it really does perform like one.
Pros: Great price, cool colors, small. Cons: Gets full of static easily, a lot.
I purchased the VTech VT9111 phone for college at my local Best Buy. I thought it would be useful to have a portable phone in my college dorm room to go along with the stationary one. VTech, following the trend of many companies these days, decided to...
Pros: clear, can move away from base a long ways, little, sleek, purple Cons: can't use automated phone systems, can't use calling cards
For christmas last year my parents bought me a purple V-Tech cordless phone. I love the color purple and the ability to set the base on my computer stand then leave the phone on my night stand across the room or take it into the other rooms with me....
Pros: reliable, durable, attractive (?) Cons: very scant feature set
V-Tech has a good niche in the cordless market: cheap and cheerful. You'll find 'THE FONE' as it is called, for under 40 dollars on the web, or in Staples, Best Buy, etc. It's a good phone, and there's not much to say about it's features. It's 900Mhz,...
Pros: Excellent value, sleek design, fabulous battery, sturdy construction Cons: Beepy buttons are too loud
I've owned the VTech model 9111 900mhz phone for over a year now and it's been the best cordless phone I've ever had. The phone has a svelte design with a tiny, hard plastic antenna on the end.
I bought a VTech phone mainly because of the way it looked. My VTech VT9111 is a clear red color. That's really only why I bought it in the first place, however, once I started using it, I loved it. It doesn't have all the static that a lot of...
Pros: compact, cool colors, ten number speed dial Cons: no speaker phone feature to go completly hands free
I received a Vtech cordless phone as a gift this past Christmas. I've recently had 2 other cordless phones and are not really impressed with them. They seem to be big and bulky. However, this phone is very compact. The handset actually fits in the palm...
Pros: Cheap, decent sound quality and attractive Cons: Extra loud ringer and sometimes hard to hear people on other line
Being on the macaroni and cheese diet here at Ohio State, it was a tough time when I had to go out and search for a new phone. My trip to Target was very productive when I found the V-Tech VT 12-9111 for a mere $17.95 on sale! Gotta love the sale...
Pros: audio quality, range, programmability, styling Cons: uncharged and nonstandard battery, short and uncomfortable mike, no handset lighting, unknown reliability.
In recent years, VTECH brand cordless phones have been a popular choice for the price-conscious, less expensive than phones made by Sony, Panasonic, and Lucent yet containing the same electronics. The package I got from Best Buy consists of the base...
Pros: color! design Cons: light static constantly in background
I've had a couple of cordless phones before this one, so I know what the quality can be. First of all, the reason most people buy this phone would have to be the colors. I got this phone in the blue color. And sure, it looks great on my desk and its a...
As a college student I am constantly in other people's rooms (and not only because I hate my roomate). I have found that a majority of people have settled in on v-tech phones for their style, performance and mainly price. I gave the 9111 model to about 4...
Pros: Little static, great looks, great for those on a budget! Cons: none
I purchased this cordless phone prior to returning to college for my third year. I've owned several cordless phones over the last eight years but none have thrilled me as much as this little VTech phone! Not only was this phone the right price for a...
I'd been using Lucent Technologies cordless phones for a while until my brother called me long distance to get my opinion of the new V-Tech 900MHz cordless he'd just bought. This was over a year ago. I don't remember the model# but it was higher up on...
Pros: CHEAP!!!!! COOL COLORS!!!!! GREAT SOUND!!!! HEADSET!!! Cons: none
About a month ago, I was in the process of serching for a worthwhile and truely affordable cordless phone. I had owned two previous cordless phones that had lasted about 3 years, then they broke...probably because I left them off the hook for so long...
Pros: Great Phone, Great Value Cons: Durability is Questionable
I got the VTech VT 9111 over the summer and I thought that it was the greatest thing that I have ever seen. For the model I got is the same as the picture you are all looking at, but VTech had changed the color scheme and offered phones that were...
Pros: Headset, colors, battery endurance Cons: the ringer may be a little too loud, but it isn't intolerable
I admit, the first thing that drew me to this phone was that it came in my favorite color (green) and that it came with a headset. I have hung up on so many people because I try to talk on the phone and do other things. But there are many reasons that I...
I first saw an ad displaying my phone almost exactly one year ago. Target,or somewhere similar, had it in this flowery arrangement with three other phones of the same kind, all different colors.
Pros: No fuzz...No neighbors voice through the connection...No problems Cons: No caller id
While at home, I was the only one in the family with this phone, minus the answering machine. It worked without any problem and I never would here a neighbors conversation through it. Never did I have to change channels or such to remove static or...
I got this phone, and it is awesome. It comes in blue, purple, red, black, and green. I have the green one. This phone works really well. I talk on it all the time. It is a lot cooler than a plane colored one. It is also good because it's cordless, and...
Pros: cheap, nice look Cons: reception, hanging on the wall is difficult
This phone is available in a variety of colors. I purchased it mainly because I wanted a "cute" phone and it is very affordable. I have been fairly happy with it because it does most of the things a phone should do. However, the gripes I have...
I bought this phone in the blue color because, well quite frankly its my favorite color, unfortunately thats where my appreciation of the phone stops. The phone is definitely not worth the fifty dollars I spent on it, and what's even worse is its...
Pros: Inexpensive, works very well Cons: Style is not for everyone
I have been disappointed in the past with cordless phones. They are terribly fickle items. Sometimes they will fail to attain a dial tone, sometimes they'll freak out and start beeping at you...I just want to answer the phone. In the past I've been...
Pros: Really Cheap and Has a long range Cons: When you scrape the antenna against something it feels like you are scraping you nails on a chalkboard
I bought this phone a few months ago and is still working as well as it did when I got it. It was really cheap too, like $42.00. I really enjoy it an most of my friends want one. It's range is far. It's base is in the house and I go one my...
The only thing that I regret about my VTech 9111 is that I got the green one instead of the blue. I had to buy a cordless phone for my dorm room (because I got tired of being tethered to my desk) and so I went hunting at Target. Jackpot! This cute...
This phone is great it is cheap great range and cool features. It has great voice quality the only setback is if you use the ear piece every ones voice sounds lower. It has great shape so it isn't uncomfortable on your ear during those long phone...
Pros: Good reliable sound Cons: Can't hold comfortably with head and neck.
We bought our VTech VT9111 900 mhz cordless phone a few years back. We wanted a cordless phone, but did not want to spend a fortune. We also knew from talking to other people and reading up a little bit that the 900 mhz was the way to go.
Pros: like the color, battery hasn't needed to be replaced Cons: bussing occasionally
I bought one the above mentioned phones around Christmas time and it has been a wonderful phone. I have not had any problems with the battery dying if it's been off the charger too long, which is a big plus. Also the volume on the handset is adjustable...
Pros: Very Clear! Nice styling Cons: little heavy, in-use light needs some refining
I've had this phone now for about 3 months. We bought it when our other 900 MHZ started buzzing while we were on the phone. This phone has been clear since the day we bought it. I've walked as much as 100 ft away from the base and still carried on a...
Pros: Colorful, Lightweight, Inexpensive and Easy to Use Cons: No speaker phone, No muting function, Headset is junk
Recently I went shopping for a cordless phone for my home. I was looking for something that had the capability to use a headset and had adjustable volume. Since I was on somewhat of a budget I decided on the VTech VT9111. It was available in 4...
Pros: Cheap, great sound, quality, and battery life Cons: None, this phone is great, and I have burned through several cordless phones...
Yes, I have this undeniable urge to streak. Yet I managed to cover myself up with my blue, semi-translucent VT9111 cordless phone. I paid $39 for it, and received a free headset as well (the kind you clip to your ear). Aside from looking cool, this phone...
I have about three different brands of phones in my house that is all cordless. Out of the three the VTech is the best one when it comes to quality and value. Besides the many options that it has, this is one of the only cordless phones that I know of...
I have had so much trouble with cordless phones in the past. I can never hear the other person loud enough and the adjustments for volume control are never loud enough. This phone is great! The caller comes in loud and clear! There are 3 settings for...
Pros: clear sound Cons: bad design, goes on the blink
The design of this phone is just awful. We are constantly having to call people back because of it. The phone is flatter than other phones, therefor hanging up on people is a daily happening around my house. The "phone" button which also...
Did I mention that I hate this phone? My roommate and I each bought one of the cute colored ones when we got to college, and both of them have continuously failed us in every single way! The batteries never recharge, the phone beeps whenever it feels...
Pros: Good price, pretty good range, volume increase/decrease button, also has a page feature Cons: none
We had been looking around for a couple new portable phones since the one phone that we had on our main floor seemed to be acting up with static and such (not a cordless the one that we had before on the main floor). And the one that we had upstairs was...
I bought this phone (in a swanky purple) a little over a year ago. I enjoy the way it looks, but the performance lacks a bit.
I'm in a college dorm and can only go a little ways down the hall (about 35 feet) before the phone cuts off. And it is...
Pros: Good price, and good features for the dough. Cons: Could be some glitches in the electronics of the phone.
About two months ago I bought a VTECH cordless phone just like this one. Right when I took it out of the box I knew I would enjoy it. The phone itself has nice sleek lines that are pleasant to look at, not to mention the low price.
Pros: Great colors, price & sound... Cons: Takes a little while to get use to the small size
Just little cordless phones about the size of a cell phone! They come in three pretty colors. Blue, red & green... I have blue and my daughter has the green on her teen line... They are very easy to use and they are nice size numbers on the...
Pros: Great range, durable, long battery time & wonderful colors!! Cons: I can't find any cons
This is absolutely the best cordless phone I have ever had for the price.
I saw it in Staples while I was shopping for some other stuff. The display caught my eye immediately.
The phone came in several colors.. blue and green are the ones...
Pros: to many to list, look at the epinion Cons: none!
I have to say that I probably get more broken cordless phones than ever. I love cordless phones though so I just keep on buying them. I actually have two vtechs, one is a green one with a caller id in the base and one is a black 1920C with a caller id...
Pros: Works well, has a long range, no static problems, long battery life (initially), great colors Cons: Battery wears out and malfunctions, horrible customer service, buttons too easily pressed, no mute button
I bought my VTech 9111 about a little over a year ago. I followed instructions and took good care of it. I tried to keep it on the base as often as possible when not in use. In general, it was great. It worked very well, with almost no static and the...
Pros: Great clarity, use of headset, see-through colors Cons: Buttons that are pressed too easily while talking
The main reason I choose the VT9111 was for the headset. And I am glad I did. I just plug it in and talk can still get chores done without constantly changing from one ear to the other. The sound through the headset and the console is very clear, and...
The phone is very nice for the price. However, that ring is so LOUD!!! Maybe it's just my phone, but the ring scarys me half to death in the middle of the night. Needless to say, the loud ring can be helpful when you are in the shower, or have loud...
Pros: Easy to Color Coordinate with your Decor Cons: None
Now first of all I wasn't looking for a phone when I went and purchased this VTech . I was in Fry's Electronics looking for computer stuff and saw a cool little blue phone . Since I was still using an older grey junker phone that I think I paid all of...
This is the best cordless phone I have ever had. A friend recommended the brand to me because the phones are 900Mhz and are made well. The battery-life is excellent and I've left the phone off the charger for more than a day before and had perfect...
Pros: great price, durability, sound is good Cons: battery doesn't last long
Vtech has done it again! I have always thought the quality in their products was good, now they have come out phones. I immediately bought one, and have loved it. I can take this phone outside in the yard and still get great reception. Its clear...
Pros: ear piece feature and affordable Cons: doesn't come with the second battery
It came with a earpiece attachment that is the best thing that happened at my house. Now with my busy schedule I can do the dishes, take out the trash, or do business on the computer I have the free hands to do it with. You clip the phone on your belt...
Like many E-pinion reviewers before me, I bought this phone because I was drawn to its I-mac-ish good looks and simple design. However, after owning this phone for about a year now, its quirks and annoyances have driven me out to look for another phone...
Pros: Cheap cordless phone. Cons: I hear other people's conversations.
My Vtech VT9111 had its last conversation earlier this week. It's actually a blessing because now I have an excuse to buy a new phone.... I'd had my Vtech VT9111 for about a year and a half. I bought it because it was cheap, and I hadn't heard anything...
Pros: inexpensive Cons: You get EXACTLY what you pay for.
This, par none, is the absolute worst electronics purchase I have EVER made. I bought the item at Sears after my 8-year-old uniden bit the dust. I thought, what the hay, it's time for a change. I brought the phone home, plugged it in and let it charge...
I got my Vtech about 6 months ago. And I have one questions, where's yours? This phone has NEVER done me wrong, it works ALL the time, takes a really short time to recharge, and is very durable. One time I dropped it about 20 feet while on a ladder,...
Pros: Long range, volume adjustment, cool colors Cons: Slightly heavier than others, No sticker to write down speedial numbers on
This phone is perfect for around the house. I love the colors it comes in. I have the green one and it looks good. It has 4 distinct ringing options. Also a page feature. No long and aggravating antennas. No static at all. I have had bad experience with...
Pros: color choice, price, 900 mhz Cons: none i have found!
I recently bought a VTECH 9111 phone after my other cordless died. On sale at Target for $35.99, this phone had all the features i needed. I decided on the VTECH because of the many colors offered. Green, light blue, electric blue, purple, black, and...
Pros: Comfortable, Easy to use, Durable Cons: none.
I never thought I'd be writing a review of a cordless phone, but hey - here I am. I got this phone when it first came out, because it was on sale. And I've now had it for three years.
This phone is extremely powerful with great reception. I lived...
Pros: Very good reception. Cons: Handset difficult to use.
First, I'll list the things I like about this phone. The design is very attractive, and it has all the basic features a phone should have. It gets great reception, even when the handset is quite far from the base ( I can take it to the other end of the...
Pros: Oiu-la-la it's PURPLE! Cons: beep-hello?-crap-beep-you still there?-dang it I hung up AGAIN!
So, it's pretty cheap, right? Well, sometimes you get what you pay for. In this case, you do with a leeeeeeeeeeeetle bit more. You pick the color, (it comes in oh-so-many choices) and usually one for each room is good because if you ever leave it off...
Pros: cool colors, long range, page button Cons: none!
For some reason, I have bad luck with electronics. Espiacially cordless phones. I have had some many in the past 6 or 7 years, I can’t remember them all.
Well anyway, my last cordess phone was a vtech and it was great and it lasted me...
Pros: great looking, excellent quality, great price Cons: no mute button
When I first saw this phone in stores, I had to have it. I fell in love with the design and all of the pretty "see through" colors. I saved up for a long time to buy this phone. It's not expensive but I'm always broke lol.
well before yesterday i would have written a rave review on this phone. however, today i found it broken when i woke up. for no reason, it simply stopped working. i bought it about six months so i suppose i will have to return it since its still under...
Pros: Streamlined, programmable, good range Cons: Easy to hang up by accident, easy to knock over when freestanding
The VT9111 can be bought in a variety of colors and has a very appealing streamlined shape. I have never experienced static with the VT9111 and it has a reasonably far range with 900 MHz. This phone can have numbers programmed and provides a variety of...
Pros: Best for the buck Cons: Not the best on the market
"Hello? Yeah, I'm standing outside of my building, but I can hear you loud and clear." As a college student I wanted a cordless phone that worked well, but wasn't too expensive. Its all about conservation of the funds. I found this VTECH for...
Pros: great design, great colors, works very well Cons: no plug-in for headset
This phone works great. I live in a college dorm so every person has a cordless phone. Even so this phone has no static whatsoever which is amazing. I bought this phone to replace a bell south cordless phone which had so much static that I couldn't even...
Pros: Flashing lights when the phone rings Cons: sometimes gets a little static
I recently bought a VTech 900MHz Cordless VT9111. This is a great phone and it's cute too; see through tinted blue. It has little red lights on it that flash when it rings. This is a convenience to me because I love to turn up the stereo when a good song...
Let me start out by saying I own 5 of these phones and they all work fantastically. The varried color adds spice to your home and the receptions is always guaranteed. The page feature is essential allowing you to locate your cordless phone anywhere in...
So, I am at my friends house and she has one of these neat looking phones. My first thought, wow I want one of these. The color is what first caught my eye. I forget all about them until one day I am out shopping, I go home and tell my mother she has...
Pros: cute colors, long lasting battery Cons: none!
My first experience with this V-Tech phone, was when my mom bought it for my sister because she didn't have a phone. I already had a Sony cordless phone so I didn't need one. About 1 month later my Sony phone, which is usually known to be high quality,...
This phone is a great one for a first time cordless phone. I have had one cordless phone before this one, and it sucked, so I decided to get another one, and I have no problems with this one. I have had it now for over one and a half years, and I still...
Pros: Color options, great range Cons: Everyone has one, so lines cross sometimes
We bought this phone about two years ago and we haven't had any need for another one.
The best thing I can think of about it is that when we switched apartments in our building, the phone could come with us to the new apartment during the move. It...
I bought this phone because it was the least expensive cordless phone that I could find. Not really knowing what I was getting, I bought it because the style is attractive - clear blue plastic was the one I purchased. It is a very good phone. To me a...
Pros: looks cool Cons: way too loud, batteries die in a few months and cost $20
I too thought I was getting a deal on the $50 cool phone. When I got it home, it took DAYS for the batteries to charge. Once it worked, the ringer could wake the dead. It was so loud and the side volume control did nothing. Now, about 3 months since...
Pros: Lightweight, compact,Perfect for the price! Cons: Small enough to miss place easily.
I only paid $19.99 for my VTech Cordless Phone. It is as small as a cell phone and curves to your hands and face. I really like that it stands upright, that way you don't accidentally turn it on if you lay it down. It fits in your pocket if you need...
Pros: never static,,,good sound quality Cons: none
well I was looking for a new phone, I was at best buy and I love phones that are colorful and they have to be cordless. So I seen the v-tech and I loved it, it wasn't that expensive and I loved the fact that I could choose which color I wanted. If your...
Pros: neat look, small, and many fine features Cons: have you ever turned off the phone with your cheek?
Like many people that buy this phone, it is for the looks, and I too was sucked into this sales trap. Now, don't get me wrong I like my phone. It comes in a variety of colors that can suit your mood, or look. The features are as good as most other...
The phone works good and it is clear. I have the blue color one and it is very nice looking. It features 4 different ring tones some loud some low. The page feature is useful to me. The one thing i found about that was bad is it is not very comfortable...
Pros: Good range, affordable, some handy features. Cons: low stand-by battery life, annoying glitch, low volume.
The choice of colors is basically what made me choose this phone. I don't really regret my decision, however, I'm not very satisfied with it either. The VTech VT9111 serves it's purpose, but has a few problems as well.
Is there anyone...
Pros: Looks cool, great sound quality. Cons: Button placement causes phone to often hang up.
I think this phone is more of a work of art to be displayed than really a phone. I cant see someone of royalty getting this phone(sorry, its the only way I could explain it). It's a just plane cute looking phone. The problems I seem to have had with it...
Pros: Sounds clean and clear. Simple to use. Cons: Listening volume can't be turned down far enough, and no adjustment on ringer volume.
It's simple, and it sounds good. The volume control can be turned way up, but it would be nice if it could be turned down a bit more. It needs an adjustment for ringer volume. The handset is fairly small, so you can't hold it next to your ear without hands. It works anywhere in the house, but it won't reach out into the driveway as far as the other cordless phones we own (Uniden, old Panasonics). Appearance is casual and fun - okay for kids or your kitchen, but not for your office.
