Cons: Unfriendly user interface, too many upgrades and patches, did not work as advertised

The software never worked for me in spite of following the instructions provided. This was a waste of CAN$100 that I paid for that piece of junk and a software that required upgrades, patches and work-arounds (signs of an unstable software). I removed the software from my computer and dumped the hardware and CDs in the garbage.

Results are really hit or miss with the product. I've seen reviews from those who are happy with it, but it's a roll of the dice.
As for me, it will not capture video from my camera. Documentation and online help is useless. It seems to be simply incapable of delivering on any of the claims on the box...
Also, the software package is massive.
I'm sorry I can't give a more thorough review, but due to the failure of the product, I just haven't gotten very far with it. I wish I had read reviews before picking-up this product, it seems that most users are very unsatisfied with the product. It's going back to the store tomorrow.

I use mine almost every day and it gives me great quality. The software is horrible though, i would even rather use Windows Movie Maker, 9even though I use Vegas)
