Pros: Easy to use...cheap Cons: Image quality lacks consistency with detail loss in highlights.
I was not impressed with the camera's images. We've used digitals for years and have tried numerous models. The Polaroid 3070 package seems to be geared for kids. It produces images, but the tone range is limited and tends to wash out detailed ...
Pros: It is an easy to use camera with great features for the whole family. Cons: I recommend do not use regular batteries, only use rechargeable for longer play time.
This camera is neat and very easy to use. My children use it also and take great pictures with it. But you need to know how to use it. When indoors, look at the screen to see if it is viewing normally or dark. If it is viewing normally you do not need to ...
Pros: takes good pictures, pretty simple, small and easy to handle Cons: eats up batteries like crazy
i just got this camera for christmas and the biggest problem ive had so far is not being able to transfer the pictures onto my computer!!i follow the steps but then it tells me to click on a folder that i cant find anywhere in my computer. i think the ...
Pros: Takes nice pictures, easy to use, lightweight and comfortable to hold. Cons: Keeping this camera in batteries will bankrupt me.
:/
I bought this camera for my 14 yr. old daughter as an inexpensive first digital camera that would offer some basic features and be simple to use. She had no difficulty getting started, the user guide explained everything she needed to know and she was ...
Pros: It is small and lightweight. It also takes good scenery pictures. Cons: Bad Battery Life. Really White Pictures!
I got this camera for Christmas. It was my very first digital camera so I really didn't know what good digital pictures were. With this camera the pictures are really white I look like a ghost when I get pictures taken of me. I did realize it takes good ...
Pros: Would make a good wheel chock to change a flat Tire. Cons: CLOCK, SHUTTER LAG, SOFTWARE, USB CABLE, INTERNAL SOFTWARE, LACK OF BATTERY LIFE
I received this Junk Box as a Birthday present 2 years ago.
In that time the on board clock has never worked even though camera was exchanged twice, once by dealer once by Polaroid.
Nephew has same camera and clock works great.
You can dot turn the annoying BEEP on or off as per manual instructions as the option is not in the on board software.
Nephews works as it is in his software on camera!
I have had to replace the USB cable about every 3 months as it quits making connection in the camera.
Shutter lag is horrendous, and is not consistent.
Battery life, Well what can I say except HAHA. Finally went to NIHI rechargeable and guess what, I only have to charge them twice a month when you can't keep alkaline specified by Polaroid in use for even one day, (Have used 5 sets in one day).
Very POOR LCD display, automatic shutoff can not be turned off, LCD display can not be turned off to conserve batteries.
Small size is nice but does not make up for other lacks.
Pros: There is nothing good about this camera. Cons: Bad quality, bad menu, bad options.
This camera does not take good pictures. This camera doesn't even take poor pictures. It only takes awful pictures. When using the flash indoors, ALL the pictures come out yellow. Not just "slightly" yellow, but full on banana yellow.
I snagged this from Walgreens for $40 for my 5 year old daughter. I was looking for something cheap. I didn't expect it to take superb images - just something better than the $20 Barbie camera (640x480 res). And no, the pretty Barbie camera takes better pictures than this piece of junk.
Pros: None, does not take quality photos. Cons: Fuzzy photos, with wrong colors.
Do not buy it! I'm getting only fuzzy pictures in the daylight and exceptionnaly ugly pictures with the flash. Colors of printed photos from this camera are very far from reality. Many pictures with the flash are mostly yellowish. Not worth any money at all. My old HP camera (1.2 mega-pixels), gave a lot better photos.
Do not buy the this PDC 3070 camera by epinion77747 ,Dec 15 '05
Pros: The camera takes quick pictures when the button is pressed.
Cons: Everything else about this cheap piece of garbage.
I got it with printer for 89.00 as my first digital camera. Should have known better. After three days I returned it.
The batteries that came with it died in 2 hours. The camera does not hold 8 second movies. It does not replay them on the camera. I could not download the movies to my PC. The software that is loaded to my PC is 1792 MB. That's right MB not KB. The images no longer transfer to the printer (I only got two pictures printed). Polaroid's on line support tells me to call the 800 number!. I guess on line means hold on the telephone line. Their solution is to not even try and troubleshoot the issue but to exchange the product. I just got my money back. Buyer beware!
Pros: -Good battery life with rechargables
-Small
-Decent price
-SD cards are inexpensive
-Good outdoor pictures Cons: -Needs a lot of light for good pictures
-Indoor pictures with flash turn out yellowish
I recently got this camera from my uncle for X-mas.He got it from Walgreens for about $60. I was so excited when I got it. I had an SD card I got in a bundle from TigerDirect.com with my MP3 player, which I used with it. However, with That certain SD card ("ULTRA" brand, 256mb)I kept getting all sorts of errors. I figured out that the contacts on the card weren't meeting with the contacts in the camera. So I used my sister's PQI brand 512mb MMC card.It worked flawlessly.
Overall, I think this is a pretty good digital camera. I would recommend it for beginners just getting into the digital photography world.
Polaroid photomax PDC 3070 digital camera is not worth the money by jennifer927 ,Jun 08 '05
Pros: 3x zoom , easy menu access Cons: poor picture quality , features don't work properly , takes too long to capture picture
My in-laws purchased this camera for me so I could take pictures of my kids to send to them over the internet ,and to my husband who was overseas. My in-laws also purchased the same camera for themselves . The camera came with free software to edit photos and create special frames and stuff to go on those pictures , neither me or my in-laws could get the software to work on our computers. The camera itself produces poor picture quality ,which most of the time looked horribly fuzzy . the web-cam feature doesn't work and the audio and video clips that you are supposed to be able to make wouldn't work on the computer like they were supposed to . This camera is no where near worth the 85 dollars.
Polaroid photomax pdc 3070 is worth it by dlphn0122 ,Jul 23 '05
Pros: Takes good pictures. the free software it comes with is good. Cons: There isnt anything that i can think of that i dislike about this product.
i love this camera it does what its supposed to do. i took it to a family wedding and took 85 beautiful and gorgeous pictures. I got this at walmart and it was well worth it for my first digital camera. I will upgrade eventually but this works for now. Its a great product for such a decent product
