I bought this CD player about one year ago. It works very well with many great features. The best thing that I like about this CD player is the rechargeable batteries that are included. When the batteries die, just plug the included AC adapter in and it charges! You save a lot of money on batteries! which is ALWAYS a plus! I also love the little controller. Its very easy to control and its wonderful to be able to put the CD player in your pocket, backpack, or in a purse and still be able to change the station or track! The only thing that I regret is the maximum volume. It isn't very loud, but if you don't listen to it very loud, it won't be a problem. If you are looking for a full functional CD player, this is the one for you!
Batteries last (a plus), tv... by blondi_dt3000 ,Mar 25 '03
Batteries last (a plus), tv band (a plus), am/fm radio (a plus) -- why carry multiple items with you when this satisfies almost all needs. I like the convenience of not having to miss tv programs when I work late because this has tv band. I have the convenience of radio when I am tired with the cds, and when I am tired of radio, I can listen to cds or tv. Not to mention weatherband (if you need that sort of info). I just wish that it had mp3/wma playback. Then this would truly be awesome. The price was right -- I purchased for 89.99. I also wish that there was a case for this. But, hey...I like what I have. I think that you'd enjoy it just as much!!! P.S. my other cd player "ATE" my batteries!!! I could put in new batteries at home, take a 45 minute trip into work and my LCD would read batteries low. NOT GOOD!! This Sony .. GOOD~~ :)
