Pros: Very easy setup, quick printing, inexpensive, good documentation Cons: Noisy when starting up
I have had Epson Printers in the past, and they were always very reliable. I needed a new printer to do basic stuff, and this was a very reasonably priced printer at Office Depot, so I went for it. I just got it, so can't tell you about the amount of...
Pros: Easy to use Cons: Ink easily builds up on the heads and inside.
For my job, the printer that came with the computer I use is the Epson Stylus C62. My parents, when they first bought their computer, got a Epson printer with it (can't remember the model number). I remember it did what it was suppose to do but it ...
Pros: Decent quality photo prints, speedy text printing (in draft) Cons: Perpetually clogged nozzles, chugs ink worse than a Hummer chugs gas!
This is the worst printer I've ever owned!! Why? Well, not for it's decent picture quality - that's fine. It's just that it takes an entire evening to get that picture printed. ...AND half a day's pay, too!! I decided to replace a perfectly good ...
Pros: Inexpensive, multi-purpose, very quick printing, print exceptional quality photos, accepts generic ink cartridges Cons: Epson INKJET photo paper can be expensive (but it looks the best)
The first thing that struck me with this printer was that for such a nice printer, it sure was inexpensive, around $60. The printer comes with a CD for easy installation of the printer. I had the printer connected within minutes. Being a college ...
Pros: Awesome print quality for the price, easy to use, small in design. Cons: Paper jams, noisy, goes through ink pretty fast.
I wanted something that would print a great quality photo without spending a ton of money, which nobody should have to do. The Epson C62 was perfect for my projects. When you use photo paper and properly setup the print features before you print, you...
Pros: Affordable, quality build, brand name, USB/PPort options, good print quality, CHEAP Cons: Small paper capacity, small ink capacity, slow, print head built onto printer
My boss... what a cheapo. :) He wanted me to build him a cheap PC for horendous ammount of work he'll want me to put to use (web, database, printing, research, etc).
So once all that is done, he wants a printer. Well, I can't BUILD him one,...
Pros: Quality Cons: 2 ink cartridge system, Cost of the Ink
I bought the first Epson ink jet (I even helped the store help unpack the crate so I could grab mine from the top). Since then I've upgraded twice with each printer lasting about 5 years. With each model Epson has improved quality, speed, and noise....
I purchased this printer for home use, letters, reports, pictures, etc. and have not been disappointed so far.
Print quality is excellent, and print speed is good.
Set up took about 15 minutes and was a snap.
I have had no problems with...
Pros: good quality for the money; inexpensive ink replacement cartridges Cons: a bit noisy
In my opinion, Epson Stylus Printers are by far the best because they are always dependable and affordable. Replacement ink cartridges cost much less than other brands, and when you use a printer as often as I do, that is very important. This Epson C62...
Pros: Size, speed, stylish, affordable Cons: not great for photo pictures
I am a college student in Philadelphia and my roommate and I were planning on sharing a printer. He said he had a Compaq printer at home and that he was gonna bring that one. About 2 weeks into the school year it just didn't print. Don't know why and...
Pros: Can't tell whether the photo is from Target or from the C62. Cons: Slower than photo printers and cannot do edge to edge printing.
Updates about compatible ink cartridges and long term usage. A personal or photo printer My printer at home is out of action for a long time. I'm a paperless inclined person so it doesn't matter that much. But somehow you need a printer. Say ...
Pros: good print quality for the price Cons: noisy and it does not hold alot of paper, maybe 25 sheets at a time.
I've had mine for a couple of years now so this is an unbiased, experienced opinion. If you need a printer that does decent photos and can give you quality print jobs this is the printer for you. I'm sure the print quality would be even better if I used Epson ink, but I don't need top quality print jobs so I go on the cheap and get the cheapest 3rd party ink I can find. The nozzles do clog but that could be attributed to the quality of the ink being used. It does go through ink pretty quick if you do alot of color printing. I have definitely noticed a drop in the quality of color prints since I first bought it about 4 years ago, again, this could be because of the quality of the ink. If you do alot of printing you might want to look at something else. If you don't ask alot of your printer this is the printer for you.
