Pros: Save time on Photo shop Cons: Expensive papers and ink
Own a Digital Camera? I think the next step is to purchase one of these high tech gadget. Basically Hp Photosmart is a printer. It can print a very good quality picture; however, you need special kind of Kodak papers, and the photo papers are kind of...
Pros: Compact, portable, computer-free, stunning picture quality, CHEAP, easy-to-use. Cons: A bit big to be truly portable. Need small photo paper for best quality.
I thought this was going to be another gimmick. Can you believe all the HP junk they have out there these days? Well I got this as a gift because I always like to print out my digital photos. I already have an inkjet printer, so why would I need this ...
Pros: Very good quality. Small size. Fast prints. Cons: Only 4x6
I purchased a PhotoSmart 130 about 6 months ago. It produces great prints quickly. I like its compact size because my computer desk is already crowded. The prints are almost as good as a professional lab. I use this printer with a basic "point and...
Pros: Compact size
Quality 4X6 prints
Print via. computer or direct from photo card Cons: restricted to 4X6 prints
I had a HP 950 all in one machine that had a special feed for 4x6 prints - the only problem was that they never printed straight and would jamn often leading too a lot of frustration. I decided the all in one was great for 8x10 prints but impossible for...
Pros: Small, lightweight, no PC required, fairly quiet, nice dedicated printer. Cons: Occasional paper misfeed, doesn't use a photo ink cartridge.
The HP 130 personal photo printer is an excellent performer in the low-priced peripheral market. Priced in the low to mid $100's, it has impressive print quality and speed, although the best quality photos from my 4.13 megapixel camera still show some...
Pros: Small, quiet - very portable. HP quality is apparent in the well made internal mechanisms. Cons: Slow print speed (2 minutes 4x6), expensive print cartridges, LACK OF PREVIEW DISPLAY color screen
I have owned my HP Photosmart 130 printer for about 8 months now. It has allowed me to print decent quality photos from media cards I pull from my two digital cameras. Overall, it is a good printer - however, had I to purchase a replacement photo ...
Pros: Ease of use, very compact so can travel anywhere with you. Great quality prints. Cons: Absolutely NONE!
This is one of the most fun things I've ever owned. Totally easy to use. Excellent quality 4x6 prints. I take it everywhere with me. No computer needed. Just plug it into electric, insert your memory card and select the prints you want. And if you want an index of all the prints, you just print thumbnails of all of them on one page. I would highly recommend this to anyone. All my friends and family love the fact that I can print them out great pictures while they wait at parties, family gatherings, on vacation - you name it. I purchased this product after seeing one that a friend had and being absolutely amazed by it.I find no cons to it but understand the newer model has a zoom option which would be great and can print 2 or four pictures on a 4x6 page. These features I would like so am putting the newer HP 245 on my Christmas list.
I was very pleased with... by thedago_dt3000 ,Sep 16 '02
I was very pleased with the HP130. It is easy to operate and prints exceptional photos. I like the feature of being able to print a single photo or a range of photos or all the photos. Also it is faster than what the specs specify. I did have two paper jams when I first started working with it but after that it worked great.
This is a product that lives up to the advertising! It is very easy to use right out of the box. Plug in the ink cartridge, slide in the memory media, print out thumbnail pictures, choose which pictures to print, how many copies and presto, the pictures are done. Very nice pictures in stand alone mode, better pictures using the computer attachment. The paper jams mentioned as a con are not severe and have not, so far, wasted any paper as they have always occurred in the initiation process. Just pull out the sheet, re-insert it and the printer picks up from where it left off. This piece of equipment was the hit of a recent retirement party because the pictures were done and in the memory book by the end of the party! Outstanding! Of course now I want the model 230.
Recently bought the 130 for a family reunion that we had. Always someone wanting a copy of your photos when you have get-together. This was so great, pictures right there and now. Ends the great hassel of sending regular pics thru the mail. The color, speed, and its light weight was so fantastic.
