Pros: I can find no good points about this machine.
Cons: Virtually everything

Poor design of paper receiving tray allows documents to fall to the floor. Poor service record requiring 4 calls in the first year. Paper feed unit had to be rebuilt, poor overall quality. Very poor paper separation on scans. Text on keys wearing off in less than 1 year. Exceptionally poor transmittal report where you have to search compressed text to ensure that all pages transmitted were received. Paper tray advertising says that it was accept 250 sheets we have never been able to have it accept more than 50 pages in the paper tray without jamming. In general a very disappointing machine from a company that can do much better. I do not recommend this machine to anyone under any condition.
